Food was good. I had the honey seared steak and it ok. My son got the teriyaki chicken with noodles and he scarfed them down so I’m guessing he liked it a lot. I always get the crab wontons because it is delicious. I highly recommend the wontons here. Haven’t been to Pei Wei in about 1 year but I feel the prices have increased and the portions have decreased.

Ugh! This place is a joke! Fake Chinese/Asian food! I thought this spot had some nice/decent chinese/asian food but I was wrong. The food was not good, it taste like food you buy and warm up. Worse than Panda! Smh On top of that THEWORKERSWEREEATINGBEHINDTHECOUNTERWHERETHEFOODISCOOKED. This was around 9 at night on New Years Day 2016. There was a lady and man with all black and a hat eating and when my husband saw the lady she ran in the back. There was also people eating right by the door from where they cook in the front and there is a door to go in back. How unprofessional and definitely not good business! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Thoroughly impressed with my first ever visit to a pei wei. I’ve heard good things about them in MI but have never got around to going to one until travelling on business to Tucson. We ordered and dined in unknowingly close to closing time but at no point did we feel rushed by any employee. The sweet n sour chicken and brown rice was freshly and quickly prepared along with my companion’s chicken teriyaki bowl. We were taken aback by how fresh and real the ingredients seemed compared to other fast food options out there. The sugar snap peas in fact snapped, the pineapple was fresh not canned and the red peppers were bright and tasty. If you’re in the mood for quick Asian style bites without the heavy, salty feeling that take-out Chinese food mostly offers this is your place!

If you plan on going here for takeout, make sure you have plenty of time or call in the order. It took over 20 minutes to get my lunch order to go. Didn’t leave much time left to eat on my break. The food tasted good and the servers were nice but that doesn’t make up for the lack of value in their overpriced meals. It had been months since I tried them and it will likely be the last time.

Been going here for years. My opinion the best Asian in town, sorry Great Wall, MSG headache from hell. They have good Asian Fusion and even decent sushi. Now my complaint is I go in one night and the floor was filthy. I know it was on the tail end of the dinner rush but my opinion that is zero excuse. If any area the customer can see is dirty who the heck knows what the kitchen looks like. There was a dirty use adheasive medical strip on the floor. Gross!

Pei Wei is a cross between Panda Express meets PF Changs. It is fast chinese food. The prices are little bit more expensive the Panda Express however you are definitely getting a better quality food. They have a rewards program which I am always a sucker for. I enjoyed the meal as a whole even though I only got teriyaki steak and rice pretty hard to mess up. However the food came out quickly and it was nice and fresh. I enjoyed the vibe inside it was clean and fusion of an old chinese restaurant meets modern kitchen.

Good service from person who took our order. Food was done correctly the first time. Just a bit pricey for what it is. If you are planning on spending $ 25-$ 30 i’d suggest going to Lotus Garden or Great Village instead.

It’s pretty good for Chinese food. The people and Service was great, but it’s more of a Western type of food and is a bit pricey. If you are looking for Good Chinese food on the East Side, go to Badar, Lotus Garden or Great Village. Again, food was tasty, just a little Americanized.

Shrimp Pad Thai is awesome! Has a bit sweetness and heat. Just don’t like the tofu!

After a few months of not coming to pei Wei, I brought my mom to have dinner and to our surprise they no longer have spicy Korean, our favorite dish. We tried the spicy pei Wei. Unfortunately the rice was dry and the food had no flavor. We were disappointed. I guess the only good thing was the drink and table availability. We are not going to pei Wei again.

We had them cater food for my 4 yr old birthday party. They were very helpful throughout the process. They took the order over the phone, the food was ready on time as promised and the order was correct. I love the lettuce wraps.

Screwed up my order and gave me brown rice. Fine, mistakes happen. Then scooped my mongolian beef onto a plate of white rice with the brown rice still mixed in it. Didn’t eat it. Probably not ever coming back.

Definitely the worst chicken fried rice I have ever tasted. Maybe the worst thing I have ever eaten. So bland and gooey. How did they mess that up so bad. Yuck! I left it on the table. Truly disgusting.

Used to love Pei Wei but the portion sizes have decreased in size to the point that it is no longer worth the value. A also ordered spicy tuna roll that was cold because it came out of the refrigerator from the night before. No longer a go to restaurant

They gave us an extra teriyaki chicken for no reason. That was awesome. I’ve always enjoyed the food here… but the service is great. You know, just a fusion chain. Nothing earth shattering. Solid move with the extra food tho

DON’T WASTEYOURMONEY!!! I’m telling you it’s not worth it! The food wasn’t good but it wasn’t bad! Panda Express is a better buy than this! Pei wei used to be so good! They had lots of options and the quality was worth $ 10 bucks a plate! BRINGBLAZINGNOODLESBACK! Not this dumb concept of build your own meal like chipotle or subway! It’s dining aspect is totally gone it’s more like a fast food restaurant now! Not worth it!

Yummy yummy yummy!!! The chicken was not dry at all(I got the sesame and Mom got the teriyaki). They were amazing and also we have rice and noodles, both good. The only thing I didn’t like was the snicker doodle, which was soft but weird-tasting. The chicken was also skimpy and I felt like I needed more(especially for it being expensive). Yummy food though

Lettuce wraps were great as usual. Sushi rolls — no — obviously made in advance and refrigerated yuck. Will return again for non-sushi items.

This Pei Wei is fine if you’re eating in the restaurant, but I stopped using their handy online ordering for to-go orders after the second time I got home and found the beef was mostly-raw in my dish. I should have learned after the first time. Never take their food to-go without checking that it’s actually cooked.
