The Happy Hour here is a winner! The Signature Cocktails are excellent. Tried a few and the Luce del Sol was my favorite. I love Ruby Red Grapefruit and could’ve easily had 10 of these! The Prema Burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had. Juicy with English cheddar cheese and smoked bacon on a pretzel bun, it comes with a generous side of Truffle fries and at $ 6.50 during HH, is a RIDICULOUS value! My Mom and I checked in to the Hotel on Monday and then headed to Prema as soon as it opened. We relaxed at the bar for a few hours having 3 of the Signature Cocktails and ordered 4 dishes from the Bar Snacks menu (Shrimp Cocktail, Crispy Calamari, Buffalo Hot Wings and the Prema Burger) the drinks were potent, the food was tasty and our bill was less than $ 40. The atmosphere and décor in the Lounge is warm and inviting and we received EXCELLENT SERVICE from our Bartender/​Server MARIE. If you’re anything like me, a good deal means NOTHING if the service sucks! If you are in the area definitely stop in.

Great service in the lounge area, as well as a great happy hour. I loved the big leather chairs and stone tables. Being a Casino, it is one of the few bars around where you can smoke inside. Bar snacks are amazing, the duck tacos tasted like something between chicken and pork, but very flavorful. Also had the muscles and they were cooked PERFECTLY! I will definitely be returning!

After attending a concert at AVA Amphitheater, my boyfriend and I stopped by for a drink. I initially ordered a mojito and my boyfriend ordered a gin and tonic with Bombay Sapphire Gin. A minute or two after ordering, the waitress/​bartender came back to our table and told us they were all out of mint and our requested gin. We then settled for regular gin and tonics.
Our drinks came in plastic cups with a skinny black straw in each. Forget about how they were out of mint and our requested gin. Considering the décor of the place, I would think they could afford some proper glassware. Is that too much to ask?
