I absolutely love this place. I have nothing but good things to say. Great customer service, friendly, efficient, professional and quick. It seems all I have to do is show up and they do the rest. They have all my addresses saved in their database and pack my stuff up. Everybody gets everything we send quickly in good shape. What else can one ask for.

A horrible experience. I arrived an hour an half before closing on a Friday to ship an package to another U.S. state. Two customers were in front of me with complicated international shipments. The store had one(apparently new) employee(on a Friday) who had to repeatedly call and ask questions. He told me I could find my OWNBOX behind the counter. Found it, and then I waited for over an hour for him to come back to me. By the time he was able to help one of the other two, more customers came in. He was about to help them when he finally glanced at me. He then informed me I should go ahead and pay, leave everything I had out in the open and«the guys will do it tomorrow». I told him how long I waited and he shrugged his shoulders and wouldn’t even attempt to give me service but take my money and shove the work off on someone else. Never using UPS again.

The best Ups Store yet. I ship over a hundred packages a year, for my E-Bay business. My drive to work takes me past many Ups Stores and believe me over the last ten years I have tried them all. All of my business dealings with this Store have been perfect(which is hard to say in today’s world). Last year I shipping a transmission to the other side of the country. I was so focused on building the plywood shipping box that I forgot to drain the transmission. Of course once Ups had the box it preceded leak everywhere. Ups wanted to abandon the freight, but the owner of this store saved the day. I was able to drain, clean everything and get it shipped to my buyer without paying for the freight charges a second time. I do not know how it did it, but he saved the day.

In the past I have been pleased with the UPS Store, but the Marysville, Tulalip, WA store is the exception! — I have been tolerant of the less than cheerful employees, but yesterday when I paid $ 100 to have an item packaged and shipped before the pickup time I was greatly disappointed to find that my package was never picked up, as it was not packaged in time. There was no warning that it might not make it on the truck. When I called to complain, the employee that accepted the package took NO responsibility and did not utter even the slightest apology. Again, when I spoke with the manager, the faint apology that was received was insincere and there was no responsibility taken or compensation offered. What an awful experience. I will be avoiding that location and I suggest that the employees and manager re-evaluate their customer service skills and management.
