Abelina’s Boutique

Today I purchased my wedding dress from abelina’s and I am so so happy with my purchase. Everyone was very helpful and kind, especially Victoria! She was great. So excited to get the dress in and definitely recommend this boutique!!!

I have only shopped the casual clothes side of the store, not the formal dresses/​bridals, and I have to say that Iove small affordable boutiques like Abelinas! It’s not overwhelming like Forever 21 and prices aren’t crazy! You can get through their inventory pretty quick, yet you’ll find something you can use! They carry the usual boutique brands. Just take a peek at their website and you’ll get an idea of what they carry. Keep in mind that they don’t have everything on the their website. In addition they have trendy jewelry and sunglasses. Altogether a cute lil store!

Take everything they say with a grain of salt. They do NOT do custom wedding dresses. If they tell you while you are trying dresses on that they can do custom work, they are telling the truth. But, after you order your dress and pieces to customize it, they will tell you afterwards that they ARE NOT taking any alterations at this time and you need to go elsewhere.
Also, they will tell you that they never told you they would customize your dress for you. Even though the exact phrasing, «Once your dress comes in we will let you know so WE can start on alterations, so that once the other pieces come in WE can add those pieces on.»
Too bad. Because they have beautiful, reasonably priced dresses and could be a top contender for business. Maybe you should work on your customer service.
