I went in to this store for the second time ever yesterday evening and I was amazed at how friendly the girl was who waited on me! The first time I went to this location was last year and they were rude and I ended up not even ordering. This time the girl was so friendly and took time to show me options and even told me they could do extra things such as add an anniversary balloon etc to my order– I was really sold when she let me TRY a chocolate covered apple because I thought it wouldn’t be very tasty and I was going to remove that from my order… however it was absolutely delicious!!! I’m very excited about using them again for future gifts! Oh and they also sent me away with a small bag of chocolate as a little take home thank you treat… which was so fun… I ordered for someone else and they gave me a treat too? What a fun little surprise!

This will be the first and last time I use Edible Arrangements. Spent $ 90 on an arrangement to be delived on my step mothers birthday and now it’s 2 days later and still no arrangment. The delivery guy said he left a door hanger on the door trying to deliver but my parents said on the there was nothing there that day. The least they could have done was tried to call them or me. Horrible customer service!
