This is a great park to walk the dog, and they provide several doggy bag stations as well. The landscape is beautiful, with rhododendron everywhere, and a nice, large grassy area. Overall, it’s a peaceful little spot in a convenient location.

Its nice and all but compared to the other parks in the area it lacks the Oomph. But it is still great!

This is a very small park. It’s more so a small grassy area with a little bit of space to possibly toss a Frisbee or maybe a football around and then some short paths interwoven between and around the trees and rhododendrons. There is a small gazebo if you’d like to hang out there or take photos but the back drop hardly is worthy of having wedding photos or anything taken their. It’s directly behind the University Place city administration offices and across the street from Trader Joes. Homestead Park seems to be more of a memorial garden as there are stones and plaques commemorating those that have lost loved ones. Overall, the park is very well kept. There isn’t a lot of parking and it’s right next to a busy roadway. It also doesn’t seem very safe at night. It’s decent if you want to just relax in the shade but if you really want to get a walk or hike, this isn’t the park for you. You may want to try Titlow Park a short way down the road or even better go to Chambers Bay Park which is like 400x better.

Nice park to walk around and relax. It has wooded area and rhododendron collection. It does have a small grass area to relax on. Lately it seems that a lot of people have been coming through tagging anything in the park. It is close to a bus stop; I do not know if that has anything to do with it as most of the tagging is closer to the bus stop.
