I was very satisfied with the treatment I received from Tracey. She was very thorough and professional but also very caring and gentle. I feel very relaxed and my skin looks very good now! She recommended excellent products and her massage skills are excellent!:) I will definitely be requesting her services again. I got a great deal off of Groupon but called and made it with the spa instead to let them keep the whole cut! I upgraded and got Emmience and would highly recommend it. Very satisfied with my purchase and grateful for the excellent service and knowledge

I don’t normally have time to write reviews, however when a business stands out they deserve kudos. I got a groupon for this place and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! Dena was the one who did my facial. I have had facials before, but her’s is supreme to anything I have had in the past. Other than a business’s typical «up-​sell» they were NOT pushy and took «no» for an answer with great stride. I did buy a product she suggested but was not ambushed to get the membership. I will be going back here again for these two very solid reasons.

Everytime I go in there I feel so welcome… Candice the owner is amazing and she really knows how to pick her employees. Great job I will tell everyone about my experiecnce.

Very disappointed I made an appointment on Nov 11, with Jennifer for the Nov 21, and I get there today and they could not find my appointment. The receptionist was like were so sorry, can I reschedule you. It’s like no I specifically made the appointment for today because I’m going out of town next week. I explained that to her and she’s like very calm and said well give us call when you get back… she didn’t get it.

I have completed my 3^rd once a month micro with hope. I love this place, Bridget (front desk) super sweet girl. Since I’ve started I get my facials with hope, I love her she does an amazing job. I always leave with my face feeling and looking amazing. a THANK YOU HOPE!

Tool the wife there for a microdermabrasion, face mask, and upper body massage and she loved it!!!

Kelli does the best airbrush tans! She is very helpful and professional and it is not overpriced like some other places. It is truly the best airbrush tan I have ever received. The color is great (not orange like some) and it really lasts. She explains how to take care of your tan and make it last. Thanks Kelli!

This was such a nice experience. I got the livingsocial deal for the basic facial, an upper body massage, and an arm scrub. First of all I was really surprised by how clean this place was. It was pristine, loved it. The chairs were super comfy, it wasn’t some table where u lay down, it was an actual chair like a pedicure chair which u sit in and then they recline it all the way back so ur feet are elevated and everything. Really nice. The whole procedure itself was very soothing and relaxing. It was very basic and included a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, mask, extractions (which I didn’t want so I didn’t get them) and moisturizer or sunscreen and lip balm. I fell asleep! I was so relaxed. 4 stars only cuz I think at regular price it’s kinda expensive for such a basic facial, however they have other more intense facials that seem reasonably priced. Also the upper body massage was not as deep as i would’ve liked it but oh well not a big deal. I’ll definitely come back and am even thinking of becoming a member!

One of the worst experiences ever. I made the mistake of getting a groupon for this place. Though I didn’t have any recommendations for this place, I have had a number of facials from different people and have never had a bad reaction so didn’t think it would be a big deal.
When I got there, I was asked if I was having any skin issues. I told my facialist that I was having an issue with acne. She nodded like she understood, slathered a bunch of different creams on my face without telling me anything about the creams. I asked her about the different creams only to be given really terse answers. She then did one extraction on my nose. I asked her about that and she told me that my skin was fine and no other extractions were necessary. The very next day, I completely broke out. I have NEVER had such a bad breakout.
Since then, I’ve been much more selective about who I get my facials.
