My drink was awesome kale, mango, peach and ginger. Only I’m wondering if it’s all that healthy because there’s no pulp. Does Jamba juice offer drinks with pulp? I’ve read that’s more healthy than just the juice of the plant. All in all, my drink was delicious

Always friendly service. Parking is a little hectic, it is located in a shopping center. It’s near a dunkin donuts, the awesome Handels ice cream, Kohls, GNC, and a Corkys among many other establishments. So parking isn’t always that great. But I really love their bowls you can choose between soy milk or almond milk. They’re always blended properly and they have a nice amount of fruit and gronola on top. I like Juice it up for its fresh juices but definitely Jamba juice for the bowls.

Great juices friendly staff clean only complaint is music is very loud I had to speak up and repeat my order because of it. Have asked to have it turned down when staying to eat must not bother others?

This location sometimes is very hectic, mainly because customers are impatient. Today there was only one employee working — Paolo. There were 3 sets of customers ahead of us waiting for their orders. Paolo greeted us and assured us he would be right with us as he was working on the orders ahead of us. He was pleasant while taking our order. He had a good sense of workflow and communicated well, did not get flustered or frustrated (as I’ve seen many other employees at this location become) and acknowledged every customer, giving updates along the way. Great service, even in spite of being the only one running the location — this guy definitely deserves a raise! Thank you, Paolo, for the great service.

Customer service is great and the drinks are always very well made. The biggest problem is the radio is always so loud that we have to repeat our order to the worker s couple of times. Very annoying.

The place is nice and clean but the taste is not the same. Half of our drink is ice. The orange dream machine is suppose to be full of flavor. I think I will stick to the Claremont location. We miss our colonies location

Great Service! Love the juices. I had trouble with uploading the coupon from my I Phone. I ended up pay full price for my drinks. I did get the coupon up and the shift manager gave me credit for the second drink:) Great customer service!

This location takes forever to get to you, once they do it seems like the drink takes forever to be made. Some employees are friendly, others not so much.
Also, almost every day the past week I have gone in around 8 and then say their systems are rebooting and that they can only take cash. If they open at 7 why are their systems being rebooted closer to 8. I’ve worked systems like theirs before and it seems like they don’t remember to reboot until after they’ve started doing other opening work. It sucks when I’m trying to have a somewhat healthy quick breakfast because I’m about to go grocery shopping, and they can’t seem to take my money. I don’t have a tipped job anymore so I NEVER have cash. I just want some juice!

Sometimes its the little things that knock a star or two off and for me, its the cleanliness of a place. Juices were on point. My kids like to get that razzamatazz raspberry drink and the mango one too. BUT, for me, I hate going to sit down at a table and putting my arm down on a streak full of sticky that I couldn’t see until I felt my arm hair stick to it. I sure hope the prep area isn’t like that.

The girls that are there make quite an effort. Sometimes its just one of them & the wait time can be a bit long, but i dont mind waiting since they are so polite. My daughter and i visit about once or twice a week & order the Pink Star. Keep up the good work ladies.

I am a fan of this place. Staff is always friendly and they try their best to get you in and out.
Their drinks are good most of the time. I usually order the all fruit drinks because dairy makes my tummy reenact WW2. I’ve been to many Jambas in my life and I understand how hard it is to make a all fruit drink taste delicious, especially when you are in a hurry, so some times, the all fruit drinks taste like all fruit peel drinks. When that does happen here, the staff usually never hesitates to fix the issue.
I will be coming back here.

I love the two girls that is working today, they are very helpful during my purchase, next time I’m going to be ordering mango peach and the acai berry! Definitely recommend eating the energy bowl, it is a must have here! Never thought I would like it here cause I’m not a healthy person but this total worth it for me I am going to be coming back soon! ;) a yo ma let me get yo numba! Jk those two girls are very sweet though!

A refreshing new location that is clean, well managed and friendly. I’m so glad I never have to go to the Claremont location again. The employees are enthusiastic and friendly, and I can finally order mango drinks again because they care about cleaning their mangoes properly, no seed hair, how about that! Now I don’t have to feel like my mouth has been sucking on a cat to get my Vitamin A.

I really like this new Jamba, it’s a short walk from my boyfriends apartment. The staff is really friendly and the drinks are yummy. I just think it’s screwy that they make their staff sing lame songs. It’s embarrassing for everyone and it’s awkward. I get that it’s probably policy, but come on. Let’s be fair.

I appreciate that this place is equally close to me as the Claremont location but opens until later (9PM). Big YAY! for the last minute craving.
Spacious venue. Friendly service and fast orders made.
I would be careful to order secret menu drinks here though… the employees seem new (reasonable since this place just opened) so they’re not well-​acquainted with the Secret Menu ingredients yet. I ordered a Blue Gummy which came out tasting like Sour Patch Kids. That’s what I get for going off the grid though so I won’t blame them for that. Better luck next time for me.
I’m not sure if they get trained for this and maybe I’m just picky as someone who used to work in a café. The staff who made my drink touched my open straw. I feel it defeats the purpose of them leaving a short piece of straw cover on top if they’re going to touch the bare part near the top with their hands anyway. No worries, I didn’t play the mean customer… just took a note of it and left.
