I woke up pretty early to go to the gym this morning and wanted to get a breakfast burrito for my boyfriend he gets home at 6:30 the morning low and behold it’s 6:04 and jims is not open even though they say they’re open at 6 a.m. this is a bunch of junk… I guess I will give Everest my business by Jim’s

They just spent some money and redid the interior complete. It looks new and really great. Its a jims hamburger place, they have a vast menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner, something for everyone. Its been around 25 years for a reason. Its consistent and you will get great value.
Their burgers are better than legends.

The food here is amazing. BUT I live 30 mins away from this place. I ordered my french toast. Got home… no butter no syrup included. When I called and told him he told me to jusy drive back 3o mins to get what was left. I asked him to just give me another breakfast at a later date because this was just bread to me and I couldn’t consume it or make the drive back. To which he says «what do you want me to do about it» I said just replace thus stuff at a later day he then got angry said «fine you can have french toast later!» And hung up the phone on my face, no appology, no sorry about the mix up, didn’t even ask me what my name was cause he was so upset about having to compensate 3 slices of french toast.. The most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced in the service industry. The food here is good… until you have a problem, to which it is met with stubborn anger. Thanks a lot, I’ve been coming here 2 times a week for 4 years, you really know how to disrespect a customer. Thanks a lot.

THERE WAS A HAUR IM MY FOOD
I’ve been eating at Jims for years and love the food. However, my recent visit was not too great. I found a long hair in my food and this was about half way through my chilli cheese fries. If would have found the hair sooner i would hace took it back sooner. Mind you the hair was under a layer of fries melted ino the cheese. When i showed the manager she look at it and said it’s not ours … O_​o I’m black and I shave my head there’s two other guys at my house and have papers so it definitely wasn’t any of ours. I don’t know if it was how I dressed or because I am blessed but I don’t like the fact that she insinuated that I may have placed their there. Not to mention did I tell you that it was cooked into the cheese I don’t know how I would have pulled that off. Honestly you need a new manager because that is not how you treat people especially when they’re faithful customers to your business mind you I’m not trying to get a free meal I’m not trying to get over on anybody is just the fact that there should not be a 3 inch piece of hair in my food

Get the chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy. It’s comes with 4 eggs and hash browns. It’s amazing and only $ 7.79. No way you finish it!

Good and affordable. I had the double cheeseburger and fried zucchini. Doesn’t take much to make me happy. Food cooked to order and was served hot. Clean and staff was friendly enough. Plenty of lower priced burgers and sides on the menu. While my order was to go, I noticed the staff quickly wipping down tables for customers wanting to dine in. Would eat here again, staff doing a good job.

Yes they have TV, if you like FOX news. That’s all they play.

Owner not the friendliest person I’ve meant.
They bring your food to your table which is a plus.

I normally get my son a burrito once a week before I drop him off at school.
Last week I went through drive thru ordered the burrito, had the amount ready because I knew the price by memory and to my surprise the prices went up! I got to the window and had to confirm it with the cashier because I knew she made a mistake. But she confirmed that the prices went up!
I purchased the burrito but informed my son we will be making breakfast before we leave the house.
Every Wednesday after school Jim’s is normally his eating place but he said he will be going somewhere cheaper.
Higher prices lost long time customers

I was actually walking to Denny’s down the street when I read the recent negative reviews. So here I am trying Jim’s. First the place is indeed spotless. Of course it’s morning but it really is clean. Friendly folks at the counter and a good menu. I had a French toast combo and it was ok not spectacular. I want to come try the burgers. I love to support local businesses so I will likely return.

This was mine first time. I ordered Zucchini and a Turkey burger. I enjoyed it very much. I will go back again.

A nice little burger place that’s really affordable. And not just burgers, they have a very large menu, from breakfasts to full dinners. Whenever I can’t decide what I want, whoever’s at the counter is more than willing to give suggestions and it’s always worth it.
It’s also a large amount of food. The other day I ordered a shrimp basket expecting a nice little basket of fried shrimp with some fries on the side. It was enough food for at least three people, with more than two dozen shrimp, a huge order of fries, at least half a dozen fried zucchini sticks, onion rings, and a good sized salad. A few favorites of mine are the BLT, the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, and just a good old fashioned cheese burger.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean. Always one of my favorite go-​to places!

I don’t know what has happened to this place but the food is not worth the 2 blocks I drive to get there. It’s cheap which is good but there must be a new cook or something. I use to love eating here but in the past few months I’ve been very disappointed.

the service here is great but today i ordered a carne asada burrito and it wasnt the greatest. i don’t recommend you buying a carne asada burrito here. i think its the meat. other than that great service :) and their burgers are very delicious!

I used to eat here once or twice a week,
The last three times I’ve had something very wrong with my food.
Yesterday was the last straw, the chicken burrito was un-​eatable… i removed 4 huge chunks of chicken bone mixed throughout the burrito.
Today i returned to tell them what happened. The jerk working there couldn’t care less, he then said «well you should have returned it, how am i supposed to believe you. «and simply blew me off…
i was polite, I’m a professional, 55 year old man. I explained that i brought my meal to my office yesterday and simply through it out.
At the time i had no intention of doing anything about it. Today I happened to be driving by so i stopped in to tell them about the burrito. I didn’t even request a replacement, i simply wanted them to fix the issues in the kitchen.
Because this keeps happening

The man was such a JERK!
I will NEVER come back again.

¼ lb Swiss mushroom burger, lettuce wrapped, no tomato, add avocado. Practically perfect. Although I paid $ 1.25 for avocado I never received. That’s a bummer. Still, $ 6.51 for a cheese burger with mushrooms and avocado? That is an excellent price.
I also made a mess on myself trying to eat this in the car. But that tells you a few things, it was so delicious I couldn’t wait to get home to eat it, it’s a bit watery because of the mushrooms and crisp fresh lettuce, so be advised, and that I am loppy.
Jims would have 5 stars if I’d received the avocado. I’ll definitely be back.

Why is «Pancho» surprised that his bacon burrito was greasy… If anything, that’s the sign of a great breakfast burrito.
Anyway, I’ve been coming here for years and have always been satisfied. Standard American diner fare and they do it right. Amazing breakfast burritos and their chicken strips deal is unbeatable!

I have seen Jim’s Burgers over the years, located next to Taco Bell on the North side of Foothill Blvd. Living in the area and with so many «burger» joint places to choose from, this one never got ms visit from us. Recently that changed.
We parked on the East side of the restaurant and walked in. I immediately noticed how clean it was inside. The booths, chairs, flooring was nice and modern. The menus were very cool, as they are displayed on large flat screens.
Being picky eaters we ordered a BLT, dry, on wheat and add avocado&onion. Order of onion rings and 2 drinks. The food was deliver to our table and it looked great. The sandwich was made exactly as we ordered (I hate mayo). The onion rings were cooked perfect and have a very mild sweetness to the breading.
Prior to leaving I used the restroom. It was clean and very modern. We will definitely being going back. A+

Just a warning to any new customers that should ever come to Jim’s: everyone that works here is always in a bad mood. Don’t expect anyone to be nice to you, because they just won’t be. Just had to get that out of the way.
Now, the reason for my 4 star review: the food! Jim’s has great food and it’s crazy cheap. I come in about once a week and get a breakfast burrito that is big enough for 2 meals. If you’re really hungry and you want a cheap meal, this is the place.
