burger king service was ok when i finally got it. (initial cashier went to take out window, floor sweeper serviced me when she finished sweeping).
perused menu. nothing new/​exciting. usually avoid burgers unless there’s a deal.
eats: nuggets (10/1.49)
–better value than the wimpy hot dog at a higher price.
take outs:
–huge parking lot, walked over to McD to check it out…
–nobody in line, 2 – 3 people eating inside…

Even though I’m not the biggest fan of Burger King food, they usually make it fresh so I applaud them for that. The customer service though is a different story. I get off work at around 10pm every Friday and will sometimes order a shake on my way home, and the guy in the window just acts like he doesn’t even want to be there. He acts as though it’s an inconvenience to take my order/​serve me. I understand that it’s late and I’m sure he’s a nice guy, but he can at least act like he’s working there for customer service, not like he’s being forced to work there. Besides, it’s just a shake. Lighten up!

This place is terrible, their food is terrible every time I go there they mess up my order, they should have a third drive through window so they can fix your order there. I was with my girlfriend in the playhouse a while ago when we came across a diaper full of poop and the poop was smeard on the window, they’re food looks worse then that, I highly recommend not getting French fries I was in the toilet for a good half an hour. #notchillin

All Vacaville Burger kings are horrid at the moment. Order food. pay then get asked to pull forward. They advised me that the district manager has asked them to improve their window numbers and this is the work around. They have even come up with excuses/​reasons other then truth so it sounds better such as they are shortstaffed or had to make food fresh (shouldn’t it always be made to order). This needs to stop. I have lost all interest in burger King for this sole reason.

Terrible service. Long wait times even when you’re the only one there. Don’t even bother with this location. I waited 20 minutes for my food which was barely warm when I got it. Worst BK in town. There are other options near by.

This is the WORST BK I have ever been to!!! The Latina girl at the drive up window
(2−6−15 @ 1:55) was a total space cadet!
She got my order wrong twice and then tried to charge me more after she fixed it?

Worst BK I have ever visited. I was the only person in line and no one acknowledged that I was even there. And after I order it took aleast 30 minutes for my food to come out and it wasn’t even busy at all.

This is by far the worst Burger King in town. The service is spotty at best. I ordered the kids meal and was charged extra for Juice box (.49) and apples (1.49) which it clearly states on the menu as a side or treat. So my child’s kids meal ended up becoming the price of an adult meal. When I approached the counter to speak to the manager she was rude and acted like I was crazy and kept saying that’s how it is. There menu clearly states there is an extra charge for chicken nuggets, but nothing else. I’ll never give them my money again! Go to Wendy’s across the street. No extra charge for a juice box. Way better service and a kids meal is 3.79 without any hidden fees!!!

I have to say, I experienced the same thing as the previous rating, they do not seem to know what the right hand is doing with the left in this place. Food aside, its Burger King they all taste the same. I ordered for a family of 4 everyone got Whoppers or Whopper Jr’s, I decide to try something new and order the Pulled Pork Sandwich. They ring up my order and we proceed to wait, and wait, and WAIT!!! finally after 15 minutes and the person not seeming like she wants to tell me she says, that they have to UNFREEZE the pulled pork and it will be another 20 mintues. I say just give me a whooper and let me out of here!

Not rating the food here — Burger King is Burger King, and when your on a road trip and your mother is cranky and your one year old is screaming for a diaper change, greasy cheap food it is.
This one though? It sucks. They got our order right after two tries (really? Two Whopper Meals. No onions. How hard is this people!?!) and they have no high chairs OR changing table. If I hadn’t been so fried I would’ve gotten a refund, walked out and gone somewhere else, but the pissy grandma and psycho baby had already worn me down, so you won this round Burger King. I stayed and ate.
But there’s no way I’ll ever come back.
