I like their shoes, but their customer service sucks. The POS at the counter gave me a dirty a$$ face when I ask to see if she was able to call a different store to see if they had a shoe that I wanted to order. What ever I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Very poor service here. We went in on Saturday evening hoping to find a pair of shoes for my husband. The male clerk, was very condescending and rude. When we asked about any specials he just acted like we were stupid for asking.
Clarks shoes are very good quality and comfortable and this bad attitude basically turned us off for making a purchase. I would not reccomend going here unless you absoloutely know what you want, are willing to spend, ‘get in, purchase, get out’. If you are looking for any sort of service – forget it.

I went here one day and the workers all looked at me like I was going to steal something. The worst customer service. The workers are completely rude. There was one particular worker, Terry, who was the one who stuck out like a sorethumb. Rude and gave dirty looks. Id avoid this place.

Yup that’s what we were welcomed into this place was weird quite, may I say AWKWARD?! Hella not greeted not knowing who even worked there because the workers were chillin so we couldn’t tell the difference, opps… also the fact that one of them was text or browsing things on the iphone HA!
All I came to look for were some wallabees or if I ran into something else in my taste, fail again none in my size. We hurried out because it was getting too weird there besides the workers, no one else there, & there was no music or anything in the place, straight QUITESVILLE…
Friend makes a remark as we leave, «why are these outlets hella weird, wait why are the workers hella weird around here»

I love this store. I found some really great shoes at a fantastic discount. The selection for my size was a little scarce but I was able to find a couple of shoes I really love. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

this is not a place where you look for cute trendy shoes… normally i wouldn’t even venture in here but one day i did and i tried on some of their casual shoes and was amazed at how comfortable they were. that was over a month ago.
went there today and bought two decent pairs. one is a casual brown leather shoe and the other is a more athletic type gray & yellow mary jane with a striped elastic strap. both are super comfy with nice thick insoles.
i could smash up a lot of pavement with these kicks… but for the cute and sexy shoes, i’d hit up Aldo next door…
the service here was mediocre — i give them 2 stars for service. no one greeted us although they say us. they greeted everyone else for some reason. don’t expect great service. just pick up what you want and pay for it.
