I got a pair of boots here three years ago and I could not figure out where I got them. They are Carlos Santana and they are my absolute favorite and they looked so worn down. It was definitely time to get new shoes. Then I randomly went into this shop and was sooo happy to find them! I will always be getting my boots here. They are a reasonable price, super comfy and such great styles. I got the same boots(Carlos Santana) and another one too because I needed them. The manager in this outlet is super nice. She talked to us just enough, not annoying like at other places, and she was just a nice person. Anyway, if you are looking for women’s boots, this is the place to go. They have so many great styles in great prices.

Beware of flying shoes! We stopped here on a quick search for some tennis shoes. The store is small, although fairly organized. I agree with another reviewer that the set up is not ideal for shorter statues… The shoes are all at a level where a shorter person must stand on tippy toes to have a good peek. I was still determined, however, to find some shoes. As we neared the tennis shoes, a store clerk was assisting a couple next to us. They asked her to retrieve a certain size and she grabbed a long stick. She carefully hoisted this retrieval apparatus, up towards the shoe boxes. The boxes are stacked, against the walls, and high, towards the ceiling. She was being so careful that I took full confidence in her capabilities. I stayed put and continued my search. Never once did she ask that I move, or even acknowledge my being there. She was the shoe stick goddess… What could possibly go wrong? BAM! The shaky stick she used to retrieve the box failed her. The box, shoes and all, came toppling down and smacked yours truly, right in the kisser. Ouch! Well, Miss Shoe Stick Goddess was very apologetic. She was quick to ask me if I was okay. Feeling a bit stunned, I managed a weak smile and quickly went about my shopping. I was feeling pretty fortunate that I took the blow to my mouth and that the shoe box did not land on our infant son, who was quietly resting in his baby carrier at my side. I found a pair of shoes and very reluctantly asked the Shoe Stick Goddess if she carried it in a size 6.5. Out came her shoe stick, and you better believe I stepped far away from this crazy weapon! At the register I receive another«are you okay?» but never once did she offer any type of discount for her mistake. I also received a bit of sticker shock at the register. I was expecting a less expensive price, being it was an outlet store. Needless to say, I will not make an effort to return to this Famous Footwear.

Why two stars? Their prices are just not that great. With a Nike, Reebok, Converse and Puma factory outlet store nearby they should really price shop a bit. They were, I felt, wayyy out of line on their prices and could not see a deal at all. No Memorial Day sale – especially when the other outlets(including Nike, Reebok, Converse and Puma!) were running ones. Although nicely merchandised, beyond a ‘hello!’ when you walk in the door, staff is virtually non-existent and cannot be found to see if they have a shoe you like in their size. Not a great experience nor price savings. Sorry.

Was happy when they were at the other end of the outlets. They were a bigger store then and had more of a selection. Ever since they moved to the new spot it seems they have gotten rid of many of the name brands and put them on their website only. The shoes I wanted were not even there and when I went on line found out I had to go all the way over to Napa Outlets to get them.
