Got a polo here pretty cheap. I asked what the largest size they have, and they said 2x. I found a 3x on the rack moments later. When checking out I was trying to use a promo code to get an additional discount, the terms said clearly that it was applicable to factory stores. The manager of the store didn’t honor it because I didn’t have a paper copy. She said I could come back if I see it reduce in 2 weeks but who has time for that? She didn’t offer the extra service and gave me wrong info on sizes. Left the store buying something but with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Nautica’s style seems to improve significantly this year. We used to just walk past the store without any interests to go in. This year, both their women and mens’ wear caught our eyes.
We went in and was greeted with a nice lady. All store employees are eager to help and did not behave pushy at all. We really enjoyed shopping at this store.
The men’s size of Nautica is usually larger than other brand. It makes the clothes’ design become out-​of-​date. In this store, however, you can find xltra small size which fit just right. The slim fit line is also done great. It wiped out my old memory while shopping for Nautica at Macys’ and other store when size «small» just one size too big. We are happy with the changes and will certainly come back to this particular store in future shopping trips
One other things is that the clothes you see at outlet are the same ones you can see in department store. Unlike other brand that has special outlet lines with lower quality, Nautica outlet certainly get more of your money’s worth
