I had never heard of this store and was about to walk in the Gap outlet for jeans for my girls, when this place caught my eye. I ended up going on a kids shopping spree cuz there were so many deals i picked up!
Roxy, lucky brand, Paul Frank… I think i want to go back and pick up this Penguin old man looking cardigan for my friend’s son. Lol It was so cute and i couldn’t think who to buy it for since i have girls, but now that i thought of who, i almost want to rush back. If only it were closer…
I didnt end up buying anything from the hartstrings brand clothing though. It was nice but, not fabulous so it seemed a bit over priced if you weren’t getting it at a big discount.
Also, the brunette sales girl was so awesome! She saw my girls and asked me if she could give them balloons, so she blew up one for each. It’s as if she really thought my girls were so adorable… as if they were the only cute kids that every came in there. Hahaha

I have never been to (or heard of) this store, and after being disappointed in the bland, basic and overpriced items at the GAP outlet next door, I ran in thinking I would only be a minute. I spent a half hour in there because everything was pretty much under $ 15! I don’t mean single items, I’m talking OUTFITS from Lucky Brand, Puma, Nicole Miller, Paul Frank, etc. I found three dresses for my girls (originally $ 40-​$ 50) for $ 10 each. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. When I went to pay, one dress was mismarked so I got an extra 10% off, and the guy behind the counter seemed genuinely excited for me that I found these cute items at such great prices! I wish I lived closer, but I will definitely be back the next time we pass through!

As a former employee, I was floored at the lack of service I received this afternoon. I went in with my mother while searching for a gift for my baby cousin. No one greeted us upon entering. There was a young lady and a young man behind the counter. The young man was actually sitting on the back counter! Not to mention his facial piercings were in and his hat was on, which were both HUGE no’s when I worked there. I was very disappointed at the service and decided to leave and go to GAP next door instead. The young man at the door was very pleasant and wished us a nice day which is the only positive thing I can say for them. Either they have completely lowered their standards for customer service and the employees they have hired recently or they have completely turned a blind eye to this store. Do yourself a favor and just go next door to GAP instead!

My visit to this store would have been perfect, if not for the haggling man at the front of the line! He kept on & on & on trying to combine this discount and that discount, then wanted to switch out an item so he went to find something else (wanted a cheaper one), then tried to use his discounts again… OMG! He asked her to show him all the prices on her screen, and tried to dispute the price of one item… blah blah, it went on FOR-​flippen-​EVER! Sooooo annoying.
There was only ONE register open so we HAD TO WAIT.
The apparel selection here is great, and the organizational setup flows well. They have tons of really cute boy’s clothes, from outerwear & casual to formal wear. Luv it!
