I called and was pleasantly greeted by Dave the manager. He was so helpful with suggestions and getting an idea of my needs. With a quick inventory check we discovered it would take a bit longer so he asked to call me back. WOW… not only did he call back when he said he would I ended up with a floor model which fit my needs perfectly. I can not express how professional he was and actually did what was unexpected — he thought outside the box. Other mattress companies called back later with pricing that was ridiculous and floor models as well. Thank You Dave for a fantastic experience and a new satisfied customer.

Very happy with Mattress Discounters! Brandon helped us and he was so awesome! We had no idea what we needed in a mattress, and were on a tiny budget, and in less than 20 min. we knew what we liked, chose our new bed (turned out being under budget), and were done! Definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I had a really good experience with Mattress Discounters. We have gone to a few mattress stores and Mattress Discounters had the best deal for the price range and mattress we were looking for. The sales associate, Brandon Locke was very informative and was able to answer all our questions. The delivery went well, too. I will definitely recommend Mattress Discounters to our family and friends.

I’ve never had such amazing customer service like here! We were helped by Brandon L. We walked in and he greeted us and asked a couple of questions. We’ve never done mattress shopping before because it’s been done for us. He had us try out a couple of types of mattresses (firm, medium and soft) and on different brands as well. He made the process very easy and pleasant. It wasn’t difficult eliminating mattresses with his technique. He had so much knowledge and information for us on EVERYTHING! (Warranties, reviews, stats, top purchases) even on how much sweat a human looses over night!!! We ended up purchasing a mattress :) Thanks to Brandon for all his help. Totally made the experience non-​stressful.

We bought a memory foam mattress and adjustable frame at Mattress Discounters a few weeks ago and had a great experience, start to finish. Brandon was absolutely everything you could want in a mattress-​buying sherpa and was full of helpful information and recommendations, and had answers to all of our questions. Great guy and totally made the experience for us. The delivery, installation, and removal of our old mattress were also totally seamless. Great experience all around.

This place is great! We went in just to look and get an idea on prices and what type of bed we wanted. We ended up coming back the next day and buying a mattress and moveable base. David and the manager were both very friendly and very informative. Answered all of our questions and were very patient with us. They did accidentally give us a wrong quote for a bed the first day we were there. But when we came back the next day they made it right and gave us a discount on the base. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new mattress. They only carry the top brands.

Ok so wow where to start. So my bf and I were having back issues. Went there just to get an idea of prices because we just wanted a bigger bed. The store manager Brandon asked allot of questions. Where we had the back pain etc. Based off our answers he started going thru mattresses with us. He went thru EVERYTHING. Brands, cost, material, warranty, quality, cleaning and sanitation! We asked about any clearances bases and he worked with us on that as well. All around great experience. He knows his products and guess what? Been waking up without the backache. No more pillow top for US. You get what you pay for. Also… military friendly! Don’t forget your ID!
