Helen the store manger is the most unprofessional manager yet. I went into the store and purchased over $ 100 worth of cloths. I went back the day after and she wouldn’t return a jean I purchased from her… I wanted to do an exchange for another item. The merchandise was not worn and tags were fully attached. I will no longer purchase any item from any Angl store. I simply walked in to buy more items and exchange my jean for another pair. I’m not asking for a penny back. I walked into another Angl location and the manger was so sweet. She gladly exchanged my jean for another pair that I wanted. learn costumer service before you become a manger.

I was amazed to see the great selection of great quality clothing here. I also was impressed by the excellent customer service I received the evening I was there; Disha was exceptionally helpful and had me trying on a variety of pieces she believed would fit my body type.

Girls are always talking as soon as you step in. corporate really doesn’t care about customer service the whole store is really messy especially the sales rack and the fitting rooms smell like feet I honestly wouldn’t shop here again it’s like throwing your money away for over pricy clothing for cheap material.

I am a male in there looking lost for about 20 min before anyone asks if I need help. When I said yes and asked for help to choose something for Christmas gift for my wife, the first thing she tells me is that their sales are final.
If this is really the company policy, I guess they really don’t mind loosing big amount of money from male customers that at this point would pay anything for a Christmas gift. I mean as much I know my wife’s style and size, no man is that confident. I need her to be able to exchange for whatever the reason.

I love clothes shopping at ANGL!
They’ve got a nice selection of clothes and accessories in their little store at some decent but usually slightly pricey prices. I bought a jacket here about 5 – 6 years ago and it is still one of my favorites!
My friend and I came in here the other day and she tried on a dress in one of their dressing rooms and apparently it smelled pretty bad…
But love the clothes!

Looks messy and unorganized.
Hard to really find what you are looking for…
I prefer the ANGL in Glendale Galleria… or even better, the one at the fashion square.

Angl has pretty cute clothes at pretty decent prices. I would compare them to a cross between H&M and Guess. The jeans are a little pricey, but I usually wait until my best friend gives me her Abercrombie hand-​me-​downs. I refuse to pay $ 90 on a pair of jeans. Most of the girls who work there are pretty snobby. Typical Valencians… I know this doesnt come as a shock to you if you live in Valencia, though.
