I made an appointment, came in, and was out of there in about 10 minutes. It was quick and pretty painless.

I had there eyelash services done. I was told that this service was regular eyelash extensions, the only difference would be that the glue was a temporary glue, not the same glue other salons use. Let me tell you, these eyelash extensions were NOTHING like what I am used to. I have had eyelash extensions done at other salons, but nothing like these! These extensions looked like a fuzzy fake strip lash that was super glued on. Thats all. Not only that, but the glue was HORRIFIC. the same night I had my lashes done, a huge clump of these fuzzy fakes fell off, taking a chunk of my REAL lashes with them! My eyelashes are now completely distroyed because of thus experience. Dont do there eyelash services!

I was impressed by the atmosphere of this place. It looked very professional compared to the places I usually go to in SFV.
However, my threader ruined my brows. When I go threading, it usually takes at least 20 minutes. However, this lady rushed it and threaded them within 10 minutes. I noticed that some parts of my brows were messy so I asked her to clean them, and she ended up pulling out random hairs. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.

It’s very hard to find the right person to do my eyebrows. It didn’t take long for me to be a die hard returning customer. Alina is my recommend person. She is nice and knows what to do. She does everything just perfectly.
I can’t complain.
I love this spot !

Best place to get your eyebrows done in the Santa Clarita valley! Alina is amazing and always makes my eyebrows look perfect. Great service and everyone always does great job! I’ve come here for both threading and waxing and I definitely recommend elegant shapes for both of these services

So I’ve gone to this place 3 times. The first was really nice, very professional behavior and the women who did my threading was really gentle and efficient. The second time wasn’t so pleasant. The service was still nice but the women who threaded me was so rough. One of the roughest experiences ever. I kept saying, «ouch, that hurts», but she didn’t change her method. When I went to pay, they asked how it went and I told them it was really rough but they didn’t seem interested. The thread job wasn’t very good either. The third time was a little rough too and the threading job was really really bad. The place may seem good, because of the atmosphere, but they don’t do a good job at cleaning you up and aren’t carful with your skin.

I came here a couple months ago because of the reviews and recommendations from friends and asked for Aliana. She was amazing! My brows were awful before and she really cleaned them up for me. I went back a week ago and remembered me, which I was surprised by. She once again did an amazing job. I don’t trust anyone else now.
I was also very happy with the front workers because I called many times to switch my appointments since I was busy and they were very accommodating.

Been here plenty of times and have gone to both Linet and Alina for my brows.
Linet is definitely in high demand so I recommend you setting an appointment with her.
I’ve been to Alina the last two times I’ve gone in which is maybe once every three months. And she’s great too.

I no longer get my eyebrows done here, since Linet left I tried a couple of the other girls and there was always something wrong! I ended up being cut once, the last and final time I was here I was missing a chunk out of my eyebrow. I felt like I was going out of my way to go to a place for awful services. It’s not worth my time anymore.

I took my daughter to see Nicole for eye brow waxing and she did a great job. I love the location, right near a Starbucks, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Kohls and Whole Foods it lets us get a few things done and hang out together.

Reasonably priced and I have had good experiences with several different women who do the threading here.
I have never broken out in pimples because they put a antibacterial astringent on after.
Some of the women have a heavy accent that is hard to understand.
They do a great job shaping up my thick brows!

This is my first time here. I’m never coming back. I told the girl that I just wanted a little clean up for my eyebrows, but she wanted to «shape» it. Sure she shaped it. at least make it even or leave some for me to work with. My left eyebrow is almost gone. I don’t know what to do with it. I wanted to cry after seeing what she did.

I was going here for months and it’s slowly been getting worse. This was the worst yet my eyebrows are totally screwed up beyond repair. It’s going to take at least a year to fix them I literally cried when I got home. I know it seems ridiculous but I specifically told them I only wanted the middle done because they had taken too much off in the past and I was trying to grow some of it back and I was not listened to and by the time she started doing the brows it was too late she said she had to keep going because she had already started. I don’t know how I can fix this. No amount of filling them in can make this right it looks like one of my eyebrows is raised. My mom also came here and they took too much off one brow and made hers uneven and too far apart. I don’t even want to leave the house like this. Never coming here again.

I went here yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded. I don’t remember her name and frankly I don’t care to. The girl hadn’t done mine before so I told her just to clean them up and keep the thickness. I told her this a couple times. Well, she had her own agenda and didn’t listen. My eyebrows look absolutely horrible and I was so shocked when I looked in the mirror. She took off a lot. They are so thin now compared to what they were before and are uneven. Then she had the balls to justify her actions and actually tried to tell me how they look good for my face, etc.
I am still very angry and upset. This is going to take awhile to grow back. My eyebrows have not looked this horrible and thin since I use to attempt to do them myself in high school. Eyebrows really make a persons face and right now I can barely look in the mirror.

I went with the Unilocal reviews and made an appointment with Alina.
She asked how I wanted my brows and listened as I described the way I like my eyebrows.
At first I didnt like my eyebrows because the arch was a little bit higher than where I wanted it to be but my eyebrows are looking better after few days of getting them threaded.
She definitely knows what type of eyebrows look the best on an individual. So glad I went to Alina and will keep going to her!
Also I get at least one compliment/day on my eyebrows so props to you Alina!

They do a nice job here. They take their time and do it right, yet it takes only about five minutes to thread eyebrows. Staff is friendly and polite, very professional.
