I went into the store found a pair of jeans that I love! But they were holding them for someone else. They had been holding them for 3 days at this point. I would have bought them right there but they chose to extend the hold another 4 days. They are still on hold. I’ll check eBay for them instead.

Another one of my favorite dress shops! They carry free people and other bohemian type styles. The girls there are very friendly and are always helping me make my selections bringing me different things to try on.

The clothing in the store is great ! They carry a variety of brands which I like. The sales ladies not so friendly ! I went in today looking for a specific item and not only was I ignored by both ladies who were behind the counter chatting it up but as I approached the counter to ask a question after browsing for about 15 min, another lady walked in who was greeted and I was left standing while the two sales associates asked how they could help her ! Finally a third sales girl approached me it looked like she came from the back of the store because she wasn’t there when I first arrived. She was very friendly and apologized for the others behavior. I actually would have bought if it hadn’t been for the other two. Very disappointed by the service !

They have beautiful clothes, they are just expensive, but that I guess that’s because of the brands they carry. I think this store has great customer service, which always makes for a good experience. The girls who work there are very sweet and very helpful. I have bought a few items here and have been very happy with the quality and unique look of each of my purchases.

I’ve come to love this store! I too, visited the first week they were opened, only I was greeted by an eager sales girl who wouldn’t leave me alone! I decided a couple of months later to revisit, and I’m glad I did. Not only was she gone, but the sales staff that has been there ever since has been very friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. They have a great variety of inventory. From their private label M Fedric brand, to more designer labels, like Free People. Some items are pricey, but there is enough at a reasonable price to choose from. I rarely visit and leave empty handed.

I LOVED this store when I lived in Westlake Village and would always make it a point to visit when I was Calabasas. Very nice stuff, some of the stuff can be a bit pricey but unique and your not going to see the same stuff elsewhere (maybe with the exception of some of the jeans). I’m so happy to have them in in Valencia. I have stuff that I purchased here 10 years ago!
Whenever you buy something they give you credit for the following month — I think it’s 10%. Brilliant! They also give you 50% off on your birthday (regular priced merchandise).
FUN FACT (I just learned this): Adam Levine of Maroon 5 is son to M. Fredric storeowner Fred Levine.
