Domino’s Pizza

I used to love this place until I had a horrible experience with the assistant manager Brandon and now I will never order from this location again

I work 2 miles from this Dominoes. My coworker and I WERE ordering 3 or more times a week from here since we stay busy and can rarely leave to get lunch. I say «were» because we will never order from this Dominoes again. Several months ago we started asking if they could add cheese to our parmesan bread bites and they kindly obliged. That’s customer service! We were thrilled they were going the extra mile for customers as any business should. As it goes we sang their praises.
Just yesterday, out of the blue, a manager felt the need to come in and inform us, while we were VERY busy, that «he was losing money» because of us and that he would no longer do so. Apparently this was such a serious matter it garnered the physical presence of the assistant manager rather than a casual explanation over the phone the next time we called an order in. I could understand charging us extra for the cheese, or there being a policy change, or even a «my boss says its a no go, sorry!» the next time we order (again typically 3 times a week).
Logically, and willing, we asked if we could just be charged an additional fee for the cheese and he coldly refused. Upset about a few cents worth of cheese?! Hope it doesn’t wreck the business when that $ 60+ a week we were spending no longer comes through the register. A little cheese at this Dominoes is worth the price of 2 lifetime customers. We will never spend a dime at this Dominoes again. There’s other pizza places including a home grown Dominics Pizza and a Papa Johns. How much do you want to bet they will have no problem tossing some cheese on whatever we want and wont send a manager down to refuse us if they can’t.

When I came in there was a delivery guy leaving, which left only one person behind the counter. Making pizza for another couple waiting, taking phone orders and my order. The guy was calm and collected all while being polite having good customer service. 5 stars for his composure under pressure.
