Ordered wings and fries with two sides of ranch today and our food was delivered in a timely manner i suppose. Although i don’t seem to understand how the food was only warm when it was delivered literally a block down the street from their location. And they forgot my two side orders of ranch that i paid for with my online order. They need to step it up a bit. No wonder they have such a low rating. Next time i’ll just order elsewhere.

called in my order, website said two medium pizzas for $ 6.99 each, the staff member told me $ 7.99 then was told they charge for delivery, I asked the staff member if the driver had change for a $ 20 he said yes the driver arrived and only carried $ 15 change — which of course forces a tip larger than I would like to give this is a big racket — not only do they charge for delivery, but the driver only has $ 15 change next time I know to have only singles available so that this doesn’t happen again

This is a redo of my review. Couple days ago comma we ordered pizza wings and a brownie. We were told it would only take a half an hour. 45 minutes later we called to check on the pizza. We were told that it should be here any minute 30 minutes later we called to check on the pizza. We’re told that it just came out of the oven. 30 minutes later we receive the pizza. It was cold. The wings were cold. The brownie was burnt. We were not happy. After 2 hours on hold we finally talk to a manager and they gave us a credit. That’s decent customer service, but they were seriously understaffed. On a happy note! When we later order the redo of our order. It came in 30 minutes and everything was hot. I went from one star to three stars. We will probably order from this place again. Mainly because they are convenient and open late.

I don’t agree with all of the low ratings and negative comments. I have ordered pizza, wings, and cinnamon sticks from here more than a dozen times. They have always been friendly, food tastes great, and prices are fair.

I am not one to write poor reviews but this Pizza Hut location was really disappointing. My boyfriend and I ordered for delivery 2 pizzas with wings. Mine a thin crust pepperoni and his a large hand tossed. We had placed our order online at 1:53 and it gave us an estimate that it would be delivered in 30 minutes. An hour passed and we called to ask about our order and they apologized saying they were busy and the driver had just left. Understandable and our pizzas arrived a little after 3. The food arrived cold and my boyfriends pizza was raw pizza dough in the center and my thin crust was burnt and the wings had little to no sauce and the dipping sauces were incorrect. When we called to complain they offered to either have the pizzas remade or store credit. Neither was a pleasant option since we were left without an appetite and no longer plan on ordering from this location again. Wish I would have checked Unilocal prior to ordering. Wish I could have been reimbursed instead, a real waste of money. If you want Pizza save yourself and just order Dominos instead.

What happened to you guys? Everything used to be so good up until the past year. This is my first time ordering this location within the year, and man, has it gone downhill! Pizza is «ok» which I guess is a typical response to any franchised pizza joints. But the hot wings? It used to actually be chicken. Now it’s just gross breading fried in sauce. Like literally just bones and breading stirred in sauce of your desire. It’s a rip off, I’m not even sure if there was even chicken meat in there. I like their hospitality, but I really dislike their contribution to provide an ordered meal that you’re paying full price for.

I wish I can put minus stars, this place deserves no stars at all! I tried to make an order by phone but the guy didn’t hear a thing so I did it online at 8 pm and I waited for an hour, then the driver came and I saw my phone 5 minutes later so I called him back but he never answer so I called back to van nuys Blvd and they say the driver was back but he’ll be back to my house, so I waited, at 9:40 I called and they say the driver was still on his way but at 10:09pm I called back again and I talked to the manager who told me the driver was gone at 9pm… so I’ve been waiting 1:15 minutes for NOTHING!!! And since I pay with a debit card I’ll get my reimbursement in 3 to 4 business days… ridiculous #&$&$% DON’T EVERTRYTOPLACEANORDERHERE

Ordered one large stuffed crust cheese pizza with a buffalo drizzle. One pizza… just one and they forgot to put marinara sauce… Really? It was a cheese pizza how can you forget to out the only other ingredient… When I called they offered me a free pizza next time even though I said I couldn’t eat it because it was gross… When I came in the manager told me it’s being remade to which I said I had to waste my time coming back there and after I had a drink and she asked me if I called. I told her I called and she told me they should of delivered it to me and I told her that nobody had offered that to me over the phone even though I spoke to two people. They gave me two pizzas, it was nice and all but I ordered a pizza for me and my friend and one was already too much because I could only order a large since it was a stuffed crust… I told her I didn’t come for anything free just for what I ordered and I don’t want to waste food. I you would think they got the pizza right… No. I open the box and the guy asks me if I still want the buffalo drizzle on it… –__– hmm yes that’s what I ordered. Anyway save yourself some trouble and don’t go there.

Terrible customer service. Not sure why they’re even open. They have you on hold for ages, aren’t helpful, and then they don’t deliver your area. The employees seem depressed to answer the phone. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. SMH

Worst service ever! Order a large dinner box and an order of chocolate Dunkers and the guy tells me that the order of chocolate Dunkers isn’t ready because they forgot to make it! What the fuck??? I’m paying for a reason, this shit wasn’t free. Plus he told me my pizza was going to be ready in 15 min and until 35 min passed I get my pizza, not the first time by the way, they don’t even deserve one star.

I called the Pizza Hut on Van Nuys and Sherman way and asked if they have a special and told me no. He was not in the best mood. I won’t be going there no more. I called the Pizza Hut in Kester and Burbank and first thing they told me if I want to hear the specials. Once I was there in 15min my food was ready. I read the reviews but still gave them a chance. I’m happy with the service and the food was really good.

Truly the worst customer service & food! They said 30 – 45 min and ended up being over an hour, food arrived cold and I never got an apology or any desire to make me happy. The driver was nice about it and called his manager when I expressed my dissatisfaction. The manager was not so nice so I’ll be disputing the $ 30 charge for my cold pizza. Don’t order from them!

First off one pizza took an hour and 30 minutes. Then when the pizza got here it was cold and nasty! Ordered thick crust and we got thin. Been eating pizza Hut for years, in different cities and states. I have never had such a bad experience or horrible/nasty pizza as I did from from this pizzahut. Hopefully someone in management reads this and fires the whole staff. Seriously ridiculous! !!!

Food was okay, It’s the service I had an issue with. It took longer to pick up my order than it did to cook it. I was not greeted until several minutes of being inside, even after attempting to get the attention of 3 different employees. The girl had no clue how to even use the register, then couldn’t even do simple math of $ 20.36 minus $ 4.36. Very frustrating for just picking up a simple personal pizza. Train your employees.

I live on the Westside, but I was hanging by the pool at my girlfriends house when we all decided to make some bad intoxicated decisions and order a stuffed crust pizza. I order online and the pizza arrives on time. Perfect, this is going exactly like the nine million other pizza orders I’ve placed in my life that went off without a hitch. The delivery boy, «Kyle», asks me for my credit card. Kind of weird, but no problem, it’s Van Nuys, I’m sure there’s lots or shady pizza fraud going on. Here’s where we run in to a problem. Pizza boy Kyle takes his job very seriously and apparently my credit card does not match the receipt. No problem, maybe I’m an idiot and put it on my other card. Nope, Kyle says, that doesn’t match either. Now we’re both just awkwardly standing on the porch, Kyle clutching to my pizza. I say I’m not sure what else to tell him, those are the only two cards I have. He says he can’t give me my pizza, even though it’s already been paid for. Baffled by this entire situation, I ask«so you’re holding my pizza hostage?» «Well», pizza boy Kyle replies, «I can’t give it to you unless you give me the credit card.» Once again I explain I don’t have any others and it must be a mistake in their system. He says, no, that I must have punched in the number he has on the receipt(Always a good idea to argue with a customer!) At this point I’m ready strongarm Kyle and take the god damn pizza I’ve paid for, but somehow restrain myself and ask him to call a manager. While we’re waiting on the porch for a manager to come to the phone and my pizza is getting cold, pizza boy Kyle realizes he has the right order but the wrong credit card receipt and I was right all along. Now I am very annoyed at being treated like a criminal for being a customer. I’m sure some people in Van Nuys are trying to rip Pizza Hut off, but now your policy has given a customer a very negative experience. I call the manager to tell her what happened. Her severe lack of customer service immediately hits me in the face like a bucket of ice water. She reluctantly offers me a $ 10 coupon for«next time». I explain there would never be a next time because of how was treated and how I am being treated now that I am brining up my concerns to a manager.

Umm ya NO! I ordered pizza and some dessert maybe 3 weeks ago. Stormy night, long week at work, Friday night, moveis at home under a blanket. Mood was SET for some delicious Cheese Lovers Pizza and Cinnasticks! So i ordered online(ive done it 100 times before, never had any issue). Granted, LA was getting pounded by rain, so i totally expected the delivery times to be longer than usual. The Website said about an hour and 15 minutes. OK, cool, Im just going to snack on something in the meantime… 1 hour and 45 minutes later(and at this point i wasnt even upset, im prettry reasonable) the delivery guy calls and says he’s outside of my gated apartments. SO i come outside and he asks for my credit card… DAMN! i left it inside, so i have to go all the way back inside my apartment to get it. MEANWHILE, delivery guys STANDOUTSIDE with the pizza bag WIDE open and waits. He couldnt have just followed me in? I mean, considering he was 30 minutes late and didnt ask me to bring my card out when he called??? but OK, I let that one slide too. Come back out, sign the receipt, he hands over COLD pizza to me and leaves. At this point, i was HANGRY!!! Im starving and the pizza that i was craving and SOPATIENTLY waiting for, was COLD, hard and gross looking. I didnt even eat it!!! I spent the next hour trying to get the pizza hut that i ordered from on the phone, was hung up on twice, and then connected to their customer service line multiple times who just kept trying to take another order from me. At this point, i had had enough. I got in my car, went to the location and demanded my money back(of course, i let them take their disgusting pizza back also). I got a refund, and the cashier said they had had multiple complaints/returns that night so they stopped answering the phones. WOW! I went to Dominos! HOT pizza, and timely. Never again.(Man, that felt good to get out :)
