Just visited mills uniform with my daughter. We had such great shopping experience and it was for school uniform. Their customer service was great so friendly and attentive. The clothes were easy to find and if you couldn’t find it they’ll look for you. I don’t understand why they had bad reviews because they were great!!!
Genesis was awesome and so were the lady and the young man. Thank you !!!

Every year the customer service gets worse, but that’s what you get when it’s a staff of young kids. Why would you put polo shirts on the top of a 7ft shelf where customers can’t reach??? No one is friendly and they act like you’re bothering them when you ask for help. Save yourself the frustration and order online.

After reading the other review I was a little concerned to go to Sue Mills, but had little choice since this is where my son’s uniform is required to come from. We went in and the place was pretty packed with people trying to get their kid’s uniforms last minute, like us. All the staff seemed busy and I had to interrupt someone to ask a question, but they were very friendly, helpful, and even though they were preoccupied with other people, they remembered we were waiting and brought us our items. They took time to talk with us and even enlightened us on what items are the most popular at our school. This is valuable information as an incoming freshman! They were fantastic. They do a lot of business and still remain calm, friendly and helpful!

Can not say a bad thing about them. I called the day before ask them to hold something for me and they did!!! When I went in Chris G was really helpful he even offered to look in the back for some items. Also the other Chris did a good just did not get his last name.

Really terrible customer service. This is a store that has a «chip on it’s shoulder» and will not let you buy what you want to buy. I’ve never before heard of a store that would refuse to sell someone something. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Skip the store and it’s rude employees and just order online.
