Domino’s Pizza

I tried to get a pizza delivered from this location through an online order. The ETA was 35 – 45 minutes. An hour and a half later (and 50 minutes after the online pizza tracker showed my pizza was done), I called the store to see what was going on. The guy on the phone said that they were really busy so things were late. I asked if I could get some sort of discount since it still wasn’t here, and he told me «We don’t promised delivery times anymore, I think we got sued for it.» I said that the website gave me a 45 minute ETA, and he gave me the «Yeah, we’re late.»
Won’t make this mistake again.

Overall good most of the time this last month when we have ordered it seems they maybe are short on employees took an entire hour from ordering to delivery for a pasta bowl, chicken and Parmesan bites. Called no apology said the driver was busy with another delivery. Also last time the Parmesan bites we ordered the 32 pack and they shorted us like 12 – 15 bites. Some really tiny ones like ½ inch and some big? Odd won’t order those again since they are the price of a medium pizza. Delivery driver is nice. I don’t think they read the reviews from their own site. I give them feedback but never hear anything. Weird.

I have to agree with the other reviewers. The service here is terrible, and the manager Matt has no clue how to manage a business. It is pure and simple chaos. They don’t have change for people when you pay cash, and they keep you waiting while they try and find change.
The inside is dirty, and I have seen workers handle money and then make pizza without washing or gloves. Just a matter of time before someone gets real sick because of their practices.

Service was ok for a Dominos but store was dirty inside and this franchises doesn’t carry plates or any condiment packets (Parmesan or hot peeper flake). Come on, supply what the customer is looking for or they’ll go elsewhere next time.

I came here to get a pizza with my family and never in my life have I received the horrible customer service that I received here. We were helped by some girl with a MAJOR attitude problem! I asked her if the Hawaiian pizza was part of one of their deals and she looks at me and says ‘You can have whatever you like’. Ummm okay? I actually can’t have whatever I like since the deal states 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings. All I wanted was a clear explanation on what pizzas I can have, instead I’m answered in a rude ‘your dumb’ kind of manner. She also got mad at my Mom for not understanding that she can’t have 3 toppings. I’ve worked in customer service and would NEVER treat a customer the way she treated us. Oh, I’m pretty sure she also dropped a whole bunch of pans on the ground, only to pick them up and re-​use them. So besides the crappy customer service, the pizza was just decent but had way too much garlic on it. Most likely won’t be back!

My husband and I have been ordering pizza from here for a few years… sad to say we order pizza 2 – 3 times a month. This place is good for us. They SAY they’ll deliver in 30 – 40 minutes, but they ACTUALLY deliver much FASTER. They’ve even had our pizza there within 15 minutes a few times! But I think they make sure to cover their butt on timing just in case they get other orders to deliver between calls.
Anyway, their computer saves our order and it always comes cooked right. We found out the hard way a long time ago, that since we order a lot of toppings it’s important to order it «well done» otherwise the dough won’t be cooked all the way through. Also, they have a delivery fee, so we don’t tip the driver as much as we used to. It’s only like $ 1.50 or something, but it sucks that they take it from the driver.
They do have an awesome 2 for 1 deal though. It’s 2 medium pizzas and it’s NOT advertised! Be sure to ask the person on the phone for it if you have two adults that like different toppings — we get 2 pizzas with 5 toppings delivered (including tip) for $ 25 — not a bad deal when it actually ends up to be two meals for us.
It’s so easy for us so we keep coming back — the best price in town for just what we want and all the good toppings to choose from.
