East Vancouver Chiropractic & Massage

My interactions with that staff the couple of times I went were pleasant I will say that (which is why they get a second star). But I will NEVER be back here. They weren’t certain what my insurance would cover the two times I went (one a consultation/​adjustment the other a massage very close in time together). The staff let me know that once they knew everything they would give me a call to go over it in detail so we could set up regular appointments around my budget. Well I never got a call back and instead got sent to collections! I know they have my # and e-​mail because I still get updates from them via those methods, don’t know why it was so difficult to reach out to me to discuss billing like I was told I would be instead of send me to collections. The few times I tried to call to sort it out I couldn’t get through or even leave a message. I was referred by someone who loves them, so I was very disappointed by how they interacted with me and treated my billing. Based on other reviews on here, it does seem to be a serious short coming of theirs.

They offer you some heat while you’re waiting, but do not tell you it’s $ 30! Sometimes the heat was only on for 30 seconds. I will never return! Not sure what hidden fees they will come up with next

Had a massage here this afternoon, bought it on groupon, and all I’ll say because I don’t really want to put any more time into this was that my time on the bed got cut short by almost 20min. Didn’t realize this until I was already up off the bed, though it seemed cut short — never know when you get in the zone and lose track of time though so I just wasn’t sure. As well, make sure if you’re into strong hands, that you get them… my lady was seriously lacking despite several soft requests that she dig a little deeper. Anyway, nice gal, just felt shorted on the experience…

I called to schedule my appointment for a message in January and was not able to get in until June 28. That’s 6 months!!! The day of I get a message regarding to my appointment being at 10:00 am and when I get there 10 minutes early the receptionist says oh whoops your scheduled for 11:00 am can you wait an hour like I don’t have anything else to do today. The message was the some what redeeming factor but still not impressed.

Super great experience here. Started with the massages and than met Dr. Peck. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Best part is that Dr. Peck listened, triaged, diagnosed and helped relieve an issue that was hurting for the past year. He truly cares how his pts feel.
Highly recommend and have been recommending to friends. Of the 4 chiropractors I have been to in Vancouver, Dr. Peck is in a different league.

Scheduled my 60 min massage after seeing the groupon available. Called ahead to make sure they could take me at my desired date. Which they could and even sent a reminder. I was treated professionally while checking in and received an excellent massage. The length was adequate and service fantastic. I felt listened to and received the best care. Thank you! Will return if I find myself in Vancouver again!

Although Dr. Peck was able to help me through a period of crisis with back pain, I will not return to or recommend this office.
Communications from the staff were often times incorrect or non-​existent which has led to problems with billing. All of my phone messages to this office have been un-​returned and the billing questions are yet to be answered.
I prefer a healthcare professional who is more involved with the patient’s care and service.
