Not a fan of this location, only come here when I’m in a hurry. Even though this location is more convenient the staff is rude, always trying to sell me products I don’t need and when I say no, they are JUST RUDE! Yes I left here and went to Tan Republic but they were to expensive, with little variety in tanning products for indoor tanning and after care and their beds were not as impressive, but their customer service made up for it for the most part. But you really can’t beat the prices here and the quality of the beds and products. At this location they just need MAJOR WORK on Customer Service skills!

The sales staff at this location is great! Angie and Brittney were very helpful. In the past when I have spray tanned, I’ve come out orange! With their help, I now look like I just got back from vacation! Thanks girls!

I’ve been tanning here for years and it is the best in town. I use the mystic with a bronzer additive. I bought a spray tan enhancer lotion and my color last over a week! Love it! Thank you Palm Beach

This place is not recommended.
The sales staff is nice until you say «no» then they get rude. No thank you I go tanning to relax also to get in and out 30 minutes or less and its becomes so stressful at the counter I would rather be at Walmart on a sat afternoon after the 1st of the month!!! Serious there is nothing worse right? Think again, Palm Beach is worse!!! The pushy haggling is not classy people. I would pay a higher price to not deal with this type of service…
They are trained sales people and I am guessing their owner/​boss is probably not a nice person.
I won’t be back its the worse customer service and super over priced. Go elsewhere please and save yourself the hassle.

The beds are wonderful but the constant barrage of pushy sales of overpriced tanning lotion is over the top. I understand that is where they make money, but when a customer tells you, «no thank you» it’s time to stop pushing. The follow up questioning of what lotion I use is intrusive. Please. I have limited time in my day. If I say no, I have politely asked to not be bothered and let me go tan!

I have been to a lot of different tanning salons in the area and Palm Beach definitely has the best beds. They do push at sales sometimes but when I let them know I am not interested they back off! Their membership fits my needs so well because I can put my account on hold if I am not using it and I can downgrade or upgrade if I want to! I love the girls that work there and I am very happy with my tanning results!
