I’ve been coming to the produce store this truck is located by for years. I can remember having great burritos here as a kid, and I never had the time to return until today. I was very pleased with my chicken burrito, as it was a great reminder of why I used to love this truck! The flavor was phenomenal, and the lime wedge and radhishes it came with (on the side) were a lovely accent. I would definitely reccomend!

Best lunch truck in Vancouver! They’ve been in the area for as long as I can remember and the food there is bomb! My favorite is pastor and asada tortas! It is a must try! Plus the lady that owns the truck is super sweet and awesome :)

The best taco truck in Vancouver. I’m dying to try their sopes (always sold out when I come here, so I take that as a good indicator of deliciousness). I had the carnitas taco, which was small but PACKED with such flavor that I wish I bought ten of them. Plus the people here are so genuinely nice!

The salsa on the carne asada tacos is to die for! Everyone that works the truck is always really nice and the food comes in generous proportions.

I finally found a food cart in Vancouver! I don’t know how long they have been around but El Grullo is the king of Mexican food carts on the Washington side of the river. I have had the carnitas, al pastor, chicken, and steak tacos and they are all good. My favorite are the pastors as they have a very tangy sauce with a nice hint of pineapple that really sets the pork off. The tortillas are hand made and the tacos are a buck twenty five. What more can you ask for? Look for the taco truck in the parking lot of Gateway Produce. Congrats on being dragged kicking and screaming into the food cart culture, Vancouver!
