This store is great! We moved here recently and I really have appreciated the knowledge and friendliness of everyone I have felt with at this location. All the guys have been super friendly and gone out of there way for us. Great customer service and just super friendly. I highly recommend this GameStop.

If I put $ 5 down to preorder a game and I’m a rewards member, shouldn’t it be in the system that I put $ 5 down to preorder a game? I had a preorder for a game and lost the receipt. They wouldn’t take the $ 5 off the game I was going to buy. Also, if I need to renew my membership to save money on used games, wouldn’t that come up before the transaction was completed? My wife bought a used game there and gave them the info for our membership and the guy said if she had renewed it she would’ve got points and saved on the price of the game.

Excellent service. And so happy they finally remodeled it to where the register is in the back — no more awkwardly walking around people that are in line!
My only qualms are with the company itself. For example, we wanted to buy a new game, we were told it was the last copy and so it was open (for display purposes). Opened, but they wanted to sell it «NEW», yet if you try to sell them any game (or return a new game) that had the plastic taken off they would call it «used». So it doesn’t go both ways, eh?
Again, great workers there and now great atmosphere (despite the small size), just have problems with the company itself.

So, a game store is a game store, right? Some tend to have long lines, strange inventory, and snarky staff.
Not this one. At least not when you go and Jeff is working. He’s super nice and seems to be able to communicate well with adults and respectfully with younger kids. He needs to be promoted and placed in charge of training. Side note, maybe he’s related to the manager of the Salmon Creek location — that guy is cool too.

Withing yodeling distance of the food court foolishness. This tiny store stands on the precipice of greatness. The staff is genuinely nice. Eager to help, willing to please, were a tip jar i would abundantly oblige.

First rate, knowledgable service even though usually understaffed. These guys work hard to help their customers! Their return policies on used games are very reasonable as are their prices. I’m not crazy about the sorting system for used ps2 games – they’re left out for all to dig through and damage – but the system is understandable.
