Won’t let you cancel over the phone. You have to go into the mall to cancel. I hate this place. Thought I loved it. Don’t listen to the kid talk you into a membership. HATE

I loved this place the first two times I went. Anthony is awesome. Richard is not Anthony, and I was not happy with his strict timing, however he tried to compensate my time since I had to upgrade their system for them (surprised since my game of choice is GTA online, thought that was a popular game). His time was off by 9 minutes, which is ok, but kicking you out in the middle of a mission that needed 5 minutes more to complete is frustrating. I may come back, but if I do it won’t be because of my last experience, but due to the lack of other options. Sorry to say, I hate giving negative reviews. I hope this helps the business grow, or encourages other companies that take this advice to heart and switches focus back on customer service. :(

No no no… Do not I repeat do not go here to get your consoles or electronics fixed. I honestly just think this place is a scam. They will take your money do nothing then if you ask for a refund it’s the biggest loop ever. Called corporate many times haven’t been called back. My console that I got fixed I believe is in worse condition then when I sent it in. Sure the picture wouldn’t work but at least there wasn’t a bunch of black crap on and in the console. Any one who says this place is good and gives more then 3 stars isn’t real and/​or was paid.

This is an awesome concept, especially when you have a crazy busy movie theater just a couple doors down. My buddy and I had to kill an hour plus after our movie got out and we just walked down to check it out. We only dropped $ 10 bucks each and played Xbox in a comfy leather chair with our own flat screen TV’s. They had new games to choose from and they even had Xbox One’s. If I’m ever at the mall and need to kill time again, I know where I’m gonna go. And the guy working the desk was very helpful!
