Ordered for delivery, and received food really quickly. The seafood pad Thai was absolutely scrumptious, and the spicy basil pork was delicious as well. I definitely plan on eating from here again soon!

I am a fan of red curries. I thoroughly enjoy the curries here! I’ve had some of the salads on the menus, I would not recommend them. The Jasmine rice they use is high quality and sweet.

It really depends on what you order at this restaurant. I’ve gotten the shrimp and avocado rolls twice. The first time was good the second time the rice paper was really hard and the avocado was browning but when I called them and told them(I got delivery) they said that they would credit me a new one. I ordered the pad kee Mao and spicy basil stir fry. Those dishes were good. The second time however I ordered the Garden curry noodles and it was AWFUL. The curry was really, really bland and the noodles were overlooked. I would never go here for eating a sit down meal but when it’s cold and rainy outside and you just want to relax for delivery it’s good for a delivery option. However, the delivery can also be extremely slow. Our first time they took an hour and a half but the second time was about 45 minutes.

Just moved to this neighborhood and have already grabbed takeout twice! The restaurant is small but inviting and always smells delicious! The people are very friendly and helpful whenever there are menu questions. Portions are plentiful and quite affordable. The pad thai, massuman curry, and salad rolls are my favorite. The peanut sauce is mouthgasmic! If you’re in the area — heck, if you’re NOT in the area, make the trek. You certainly won’t regret it!

I’ve been eating at this place for years — reading my previous review, I realize that it’s a lot longer than I thought I had been. Unfortunately in the last few months it seems the attention to detail has gone down a bit. I mainly order to-go or delivery, and the last few times I’ve had items missing from the order, cooked wrong(e.g. too spicy or not spicy at all), and things show up kind of lukewarm instead of piping hot as they’d normally be. Tonight my mom ran over to pick up an order, her pad thai was too spicy for her to eat(event though I put in «mild» in the order form), my drunken noodles at medium spicy were pushing the upper echelon of what I would consider«medium spicy,» and the peanut sauce for the salad rolls was thin and watery.

We were debating wether to come here or not. We decried to try it out– and boy did we live it! This is officially our new Thai place!

Service ok. Curry was runny, pad Thai was supposed to have medium heat, none. Wontons had no cream cheese and way over cooked. Not going back.

A popular Thai Restaurant in East Vancouver. Thai Terrace appears to do most of their business via delivery and take out. The customer service and cuisine is top notch. A very clean ambient feel with an exceptional disabled patron accessibility. A wonderful place to dine in and enjoy my, now favorite, delicious Pad Thai meal paired with a Thai iced coffee. Life is good and I will definitely return.

Good food, terrible service. Pickup order, placed about dinner time on a Saturday. Quoted 20 minutes(received food after 53 minutes) for 4 items — 2 curry dishes and 2 sides. Arrived 25 minutes after initial order and was quoted no more than 10 minutes. I believe it’s better to be quoted a longer, but accurate, timeframe. I understand how busy it can get during peak times. I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I’ve had similar but slightly more acceptable issues with service before here. Unfortunately, I’ll be looking for a new Thai place in Vancouver.

Don’t let the giant bear in the window scare you away, this place has great food, drinks and service. As I mentioned there is a giant bear in the middle of the restaurant who serves as the company mascot I’ve been told and the egg rolls are fantastic. We’re originally from Portland and have been scouring east Vancouver for great Thai and we finally found it here. Be wary of the spice scale(0 – 5) because it heats up fast(but we like it that way). Well worth the drive and if you get take out you can relax with the mascot and read magazines in several languages to bide your time.

Ordered the chicken Pad Thai! Yummy! Good prices too. The chicken was a little over cooked for my taste, but he noodles and sauce were very tasty!

Best Thai in Vancouver in my opinion. Excellent quality. I give you 3 out of 5 stars because when you switched from Eat24 to whoever the crappy company that does your on-line ordering and delivery now, you screwed up the menu and can no longer deliver to entire area. Even if you did the online ordering is missing a lot of what i order. FAIL . We used to order from you almost weekly, now only when i have time to drive in. Which is rare.

Impeccable seafood variety and quality in their soups and dishes. Great customer service. Have only ordered take-out and delivery but hope to make it in the restaurant sometime soon.(Just moved here a week ago!)

The food at Thai Terrace is good. Definitely above average. I’ve had a number of different entrees and particularly enjoy the red curry and the pad Thai. The only thing keeping me from a 4-star review is the long waits for phone-in orders. They often say 20-minutes but I arrive and always have to wait an additional 10 or more minutes. Also, they frequently don’t answer their phone so I end up ordering online. Short staffed perhaps? Bottom line is that the food is good and I will continue to eat here and just plan for the food to take longer than they say.

Their beef pad thai is soo good. I always order it with a thai ice tea. I have never dined in, always carry out. The first time I walked in to order takeout and the wait was really long, that’s my fault for not calling ahead! This place is usually busy and I think that’s just another testament to how good they are. I call ahead every time now and by the time I get there everything is always ready! The only downside is sometimes when you call it is very hard to understand the person taking your order.

I love everything about this place. People remember you, your order and make small talk. The décor is cute, and the food… Yum. The food is always amazing. ZERO complaints. Great portion size, super tasty and diverse menu. This is where I tell my friends in Vancouver to go to when they want Thai.

I tried the panang curry. It wasn’t terrible. I felt like they just gave me a lot of curry sauce with some vegetable(mainly green beans) and maybe three or four pieces of pork. I would recommend requesting to make the dish spicier. I wasn’t satisfied with my meal. I was just eating so I wouldn’t throw away money or food. I don’t think I will come back. There are better Thai restaurants in Vancouver. The staff were friendly. They are attentive and checked on us multiple times.

Hallelujah! I have finally found a Thai Place here, seriously. I could cry tears of happiness and joy right now. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Garden Curry with shrimp and I’m obsessed with it. It’s amazing. Special red curry, coconut milk with broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and basil. I ate it so fast I almost threw up. It was so good. The hubby had the Spicy Basil Fried Rice and it was so much, he barely ate half of it. We’re so excited to eat our leftovers at work tomorrow. Special shoutout to their Thai Iced Tea! Two words: DAMNGIRL. NOMMERS to the extreme. The ladies who were serving were Angels. So polite, always smiling and adorable. It’s always the best thing when the food is great and the service is friendly. It was busy when we came but they still got our food out quickly and super hot. Amazeballs. Thank you for making my tummy a happy place. :)
