Sorry to say this place is a disappointment. Stopped by to get a screen replaced on a iPhone 4s. I was told 30 minutes which is reasonable but after a while the employee comes out and asked if the phone had ever been repaired before. Because the screws on the inside were stripped. Funny thing is that the phone was new when purchased and never has been opened except them. They suggested I wait until their master tech arrives to see if they could try. I said no thank you and went elsewhere.

I found this place online, I had a broken Iphone 4 needed to be fixed asap, I called them and Joby was super nice, I went there about 15 minutes before they closed,
Celina, was super nice, answered all my questions, Joby went straight to work and got my phone fixed, he cleaned all the corrosion inside my phone and replaced my screen.
They were so nice and friendly, even though they had to stay after it closed they seemed so professional and focused in delivering me the best service !
I HIGHLY recommend this place, They are great professionals, very nice people and I already told my friends about it, Besides that they have the best prices around ventura county no doubt, they even have free warranty on the screens replacement !

So I was at a party and after a couple of glasses of wine, I accidentally dropped and smashed my new iphone 5S screen. I didn’t know what to do and since I don’t have applecare, I was really upset; knowing I’d have to dish out $$$. A friend suggested this place and I must say, I’m quite impressed. The people there are super friendly, efficient, fixed my phone while I wandered around the mall, and charged me a pretty decent rate. Not to mention the fact that their work is guaranteed, AND they have 12 locations; so it’s not like they are going anywhere soon :-)
Long story short, I’m a very happy customer, and would definitely refer friends and family, tho I hope I don’t have to make a personal visit anytime soon! ;-)
