Always consistent and very good service! Other Five Guys restaurant needs to learn from them.

Try the little burger. It’s not little. This trip was really good. It was Sofa King good! The fried were plentiful and fresh, and the burger was excellent. I Went the little route without a drink and came in under $ 10. Not too bad considering their fries are actually edible compared to the other crappy fries around here.

Our family LOVES this place. The hamburgers are very tasty, much better than tasteless Fuddruckers. Great fries, nice to have peanuts while we wait — not long. We like our burgers«all the way», no cheese, no mustard. The downsides are: the place is very cold and very loud. I hope the management makes changes, because I am not the first person to think so.

Honestly, I still think Five Guys has probably the best burger in the area. I understand it’s a chain and all, but I’m never been truly disappointed by a Five Guys burger. Especially since you can get all the great toppings for no extra charge. It can be misleading, but their regular burgers actually include 2 patties, not 1, so make sure you know what you’re ordering! I usually get a small side of Cajun style fries, because small is plenty since they throw more into the bag usually. They are a nice twist on the classic fry; can be a little starchy. Five Guys isn’t anything life-changing, but it is certainly is a respectable chain where I know I can always get a good burger.

My fiancé said it best when he said that«Five Guys Burgers and Fries has my favorite fast food burger». So read this very carefully — I’m not saying this is my favorite burger of all time but for the type of place this is the burgers are kind of the bomb dot com. Now that I’ve tasted these famed burgers I probably wouldn’t go anywhere else for a burger when I’m out running errands(unless of course there isn’t one around). The burger was about $ 7(maybe a little pricy for a burger that’s considered to be fast food) and the medium sized fries were about $ 4(again, maybe a little pricy). I didn’t particularly mind paying for the meal, though, because the burgers don’t have mystery meat like some unmentionable places and the fries are fresh and flown in daily. I must say, that’s one of my favorite details about this chain. The fries are delicious, thick and super potatoe-y just how I like them. And for a medium you get so, so many. The burger is super juicy and very messy and yes, a little greasy but c’mon — what do you expect? I think when you’re going to this type of joint you have to expect a certain kind of burger and atmosphere. What’s nice with the burger here is that you can get as many of the toppings on it at no additional cost. So don’t be a wimp and get a plain burger — get it loaded with super unhealthy and delicious condiments! I got mine with mushrooms, onions, lettuce and ketchup and boy did it hit the spot. Aside from the food, it has a chill, laid-back atmosphere to it and they keep it pretty clean in here. Another bonus is that they actually okay good rock n’ roll music, not that stuff people call music now. You can go in here and enjoy a burger, fries, and a coke while listening to some Led Zeppelin. It’s definitely a good place to hit up when you are on the road and need a bite to eat or you just want a quick burger to fulfill your craving. At least try it once, but I guarantee you will go back for another.

This was the first 5 Guys I’ve been to. On my first visit I thought I offended the workers because they put my burger in a bag and then dumped a whole bunch of muthaphuckin’ fries on top. I was like, WTF?! Took my greasy bag back to office and had to search for a plate. How the phuck else was I supposed to get to the burger? Eat all the phuckin’ fries first? No! I like eat burger and fries at same time. Decent burger. I guess.

The food is good and the workers are friendly. My issue is it’s freezing in there. Everybody’s got their coats on trying to eat a messy juicy burger. It kinda spoils the meal. It’s always cold in there the few times I’ve gone. I’m guessing around 62. Maybe I’ll go back in July when it may be a bit more comfortable and I can enjoy my meal.

Our family loves Five Guys Burgers and Fries, because the fries are so dayum good! We have never had an issue with Five Guys. The food is beyond good and the staff has always treated us great. It’s one of our favorite places to stop when we are out and about. Keep on, keep’n on Five Guys. We’ll be back.

ALLABOUTTHEHYPE seriously(been wanting to use that line for weeks lol) … I was the other day very hungry, and that rarities of rarities, I was wanting a hamburger. I usually go to ethnic or gourmet joints(Serbian or Bosnian joints for Pljeskavica being an example). My girlfriend mentioned that Five Guys were impressive(she is form California) and so, since I was hungry(and for once not only wanting ethnic food like French, Mexican, Russian, Moroccan or Serbian), thought I would give it a shot. First, only«well done» made me a little wary, I only like my meat(when I do eat meat) from medium to rare(enough so that i almost never eat pork because of this preference), but she said it was as good as a country barbecue, so i thought, OK I’m game. Then the cheese option — ONLY American cheese? I don’t like American cheese — but OK, I have eaten burgers at kosher places before, so all right then, no cheese. The all you want extras WAS nice(I had it with a1 steak sauce, grilled onions, mushrooms and peppers), and I will admit the fries are very good here — but the meat was both a small portion(2 smallish burgers that at least were meat and not pink slime, I must admit) but they were greasy and dry at the same time — no mean feat! I would not mind going back for fries — they are that good, but the meat was barely mediocre … BTW, my girlfriend was also very unimpressed, and was sad that she told me about this option the other night … In conclusion, despite the fact that they have a cool machine for people to want from their soda fountain(I had iced tea) and their willingness to provide a variety of toppings, the very limited options on HOW the burger is cooked, the unimpressive portion and the rather expensive price(I could have had 4 tacos or a burek for less) makes this an option I would prefer not encounter again.

Good service and great burgers. Pretty busy place for a Saturday night, but the burger and fries I ordered were done quickly and were delicious. For a place that just serves burgers and fries, the staff is courteous and keep the place clean and tidy.

Ate in once and take out once in the same week. It’s a good solid burger; I had a regular with ketchup, mustard, onions and jalapenos both times once with raw onions and once with grilled. Meat was cooked exactly right both times with just the slightest pink in middle. I shared an order of fries both times and when hot they are very good with the vinegar offered in store. The take home fries were not nearly so good but that wasn’t their fault.

Tasty burger, but awkwardly thick to hold. You’ll need the napkins. Good fries, cooked in peanut oil so really anyone with peanut issues should just stay far away. If you’re looking for a burger, fries and a drink you’re not getting out for less than $ 12 so be ready for that.

I wasn’t very impressed with Five Guys and when I finally tried In N Out and Habit burgers, I knew I was screwed over by Five Guys. I’m not really sure why they have all those giant signs everywhere proclaiming how amazing they are. LIES! ALLLIES! It’s like how movie previews always get rave reviews until you see it for yourself and find it disappointing. The burgers are tiny for the price they charge and you’re pretty much only getting the bang for the buck if you get all the«free» ingredients. Is it really free though if it’s pretty much included in the price? They’re not convincing me because cheese and bacon cost extra. So for around $ 6, I’m getting a plain hamburger that I may or may not dump veggies on to cut my losses. Meanwhile, the In N Out burger is less than $ 4, is bigger, and tastes better and is less greasy. Speaking of greasy, my burger bled oil to the point that it got the brown paper bag wet. It soaked my bun and made it soft and funky to the touch. I admire the made-to-order freshness, but that’s about it. I like pigging out and whatnot, but not like this. I want to take my arteries for a joyride, but in style! If my meal is bleeding health warnings, I end up feeling guilty eating it instead of getting a silent, but deadly treat. The fries are ridiculously soggy and drenched with oil. I got the cajun fries and the spices are decent. Alright, I get you’re cutting them fresh and frying them to order, but at least shake off the excess oil! My fries were so wet the brown bag was soaked with oil by the time I made it home. Greasy food just doesn’t impress me. I’m not particularly fond of the free peanuts or the soda machine gimmicks either. I don’t care for the peanuts and from what I’ve seen, people grab them but knock some over causing a messy floor with peanut shells and dust to accumulate. This is especially terrible when children are there and go crazy with the peanuts. The soda machine is unimpressive because other, better restaurants have it too, so the novelty has worn off.(FYI, even Burger King has one.)

On the positive side the burgers are a work of art. Toppings are all«free» and you can go in whichever direction you want. Don’t skip the jalapenos they are raw rather than pickled and a nice crunch. Kudos for applying the toppings evenly and with precision. Meat is tender and never dried out. You can tell this is fresh beef, which blows away the low end competition and the Cajun fries are a real treat when you dip in ketchup and than vinegar. On the negative side, this higher quality will cost you. 5-guys prices have hovered in to outrageous territory. My regular burger and small fries were about 11 $. Say I wanted a medium fry and large coke instead of a water cup, I’d be nearing the 16 $ mark which is a huge turn off for a fast casual spot. I’ve had sit-down burgers come in at a lower price point. The thing that makes me the most upset is that these are not organic ingredients. I’d gladly pay extra for organic toppings, buns, and Niman Ranch beef but that isn’t the case here. This is a quick serve backyard burger at a sit down price. I can’t imagine a large family being able to afford this spot. Sadly Five Guys has priced me out, time to part ways.

This place had pretty nice people but it is SLOW. The store is very cold and there are some starry eyed customers. Overall, it’s spacious and is located beside best buy, seeing how horrible the best buy is, I guess I’d rather come to this five guys any day. In this shopping center there are lot of options, also has a TJ Maxx.

Good juicy burgers, nice toppings. Ok fries. I wouldn’t say Five Guys has the best fast food burgers, but it’s good for when you have a craving and want to pick something up real quick. I don’t care much for the atmosphere or loud music.

Okay food and the music is too loud. It almost felt like it was a playground in the place as there are too many kids running around. For a burger, it is pricey but they are good.

Firstly, it’s pretty delicious. Now that’s out of the way, there’s a lot of options. From the burger, to hot dogs, even your drink combination, there must be hundreds of different ways you can have it. I like the small bacon cheese but they do have a larger burger available which is overload for me and my arteries. You pick out pretty much every single thing you want in it as well which is cool I guess but too much work. The outcome pays off though so I guess I can’t complain too much. Peanuts everywhere. not much of a nut guy but it’s something I find pretty cool i guess. Food comes out at a decent pace given its hearty burgers made to order and the fries are pretty good also. Then the drink dispensing robot. That shiny touch screen cocacola company masterpiece where people take waaaay too much time playing and testing the flavors. It’s cool the first few times you use it but i feel it fades and I just want my drink. Four stars. good burgers.

I love a great cheeseburger, but you might already know that. And, I don’t have them but once in awhile. However, lately I’ve been loving them a little bit too much and Five Guys just didn’t hold up to my cheeseburger standard. Was it because it was at the end of the night for them? Yeah, maybe. But, I believe a restaurant should serve a great burger anytime of the day. That’s when you know they’ve got the goods. OK, it was just a basic cheeseburger, but I wanted bacon on it and they said the bacon had been sitting out all day and not to get the bacon. So, no bacon for me. The lettuce, tomato, etc. did seem fresh though, and I didn’t get sick or anything from the beef, so I guess that was cooled and stored properly. Whew! I like my burgers charbroiled, and they don’t really do that here. More like pan fried. It was just A-OK. The fries were pretty tasty though. Thin cut, you could see the potato skin on ‘em, and a bit on the perfectly crispy side… just the way I like it! Now, let’s talk price here! $ 20+ for three small-size cheeseburgers, an order of fries and a drink. Whoa! Need I say more? That’s what happens when a craving calls. I’ll keep this place on my back burner list for when I absolutely must have one at that very moment, but in my wee opinion, there’s so much more out there to love and for less $$$$!
