Knights Inn Vero Beach West

I was an over the road trucker for 10 years, you know I’ve stayed at the sleaziest of the sleaze bag motels! Knight Inn, Vero Beach is the worst by far. If you have a choice of sleeping under an overpass or this motel, for the love of God, sleep where it is clean and safe… Choose the overpass.
1. Office shares the office if IHOP… Would not eat there if they paid me
2. Room smelled straight up like piss
3. Bathroom was sour, foul and full of mold
4. Carpet had a rank ass stain right next to the bed
5. Bed spread had A foul smell to it
The sheets did not properly fit
6. I decided I could not let my family stay after finding roaches in both the bathroom and under the refrigerator.
My next call is to the health department

RUN! This is a truckers paradise, Lot lizard heaven, and the people who stay here look drunk or on meth or are homeless! It’s disgustingly dirty!!! My bed spread had cigarette burns in it. The bathroom full of mold. My door didn’t lock lol. The air conditioner was from like 1970 and barely worked. I had to pull off the sheets and check for bed bugs that’s how nervous I was. I paid $ 59 and it’s way too much. Even the roll of toilet paper I wouldn’t use! It had black stuff on it like mold or dirt. People stay here weekly and monthly the weirdo woman at the desk said. And do not and I’m so serious do not eat at that IHOP!!! Unless you want food poisoning!!! It stunk so bad in there I was gonna throw up ! The food tasted stale the place was pretty empty (that tells u something) everything reeked of sweat! Like dirty truckers who haven’t showered in a month! Stay away trust me! The other motels on this strip are just as cheap but cleaner

I thought I was going to get shot. plan and simple. I did flirt with the lady in front and she gave me a room that just had the carpets cleaned though!

Stayed here a second time and they raised the rate saying the were booked full. Had a friend fromnouta town call and was told there were 4 rooms available.
Office smelt like curry sneezed the whole time in there.

We paid $ 78 for a room when even $ 20 would have been too much. I rarely complain but this place was disgusting. This felt like the type of motel at which out of town construction workers would stay or that hookers would take their johns.
Lot’s of loud voices outside until around 11 and then empty beer cans left along the sidewalk in the morning. Stay away!
