Absolutely the worst company they required a $ 79 fee to come inspect my oven showed up the same day took my money and told me they would email me a receipt and estimate on repairs. Never heard back from them again. So bad that that I had to call and call over over again. Answering service gave me the manager name Michael and told me they would call me back. Nothing! I wish I had read the other reviews! This company is obviously a scam

This company is a scam! I called this company because they are a recognized service company for a microwave. The technician came out the visit to repair the microwave, ordered a part, then installed it. A few uses later, it broke.
The technician came back out a week later, could not repair the microwave, so brought a replacement in the interim. Each and every time you call, you get a run around.
It has now been two months later, almost $ 1,000 in fees, and the microwave is still in their possession and is still not repaired.
I would never use this appliance repair company again and I would highly suggest for everyone else to save their money and go with a more reputable company.

HORRIBLE! Mr. Appliance charged us a $ 200.00 deposit to come out and look our dryer. They said there would be a &75.00 service fee to come out and look at our dryer. They said the $ 125.00 balance is completely refundable if we don’t use them. After having two quotes, we decided to go with another company. My wife has called 5x for a refund and she was told, Angel forgot. It’s two weeks later & no refund. This Boca company is a scam. Why not charge $ 75.00 only on peoples credit cards if that’s what the service fee is? They are way over priced, but if you don’t use them… they steal your money
