Zaxby’s

I’m usually a fan of Zaxby’s but the combination of bad service and a soggy sandwich have left me disappointed. The staff were too busy joking around in the kitchen to notice me waiting to place an order and seemed frustrated that I was even there. I got the Chicken Finger Sandwich (Combo #3), which was delivered lukewarm with a soggy bun. I’ll probably seek out a different location in the future.

Love the food here but every time we go we are met with rude customer service. Last time there were two girls chiming in over the drive through mic. Apparently they had the «giggles» because they couldn’t quit laughing. When we finally got our food it was cold. So keep laughing but you have lost a majority of my business. I normally wouldn’t return except I love the food (when warm)!

I was hesitant to eat here because I’ve seen quite a few on my travels in the south, but boy am I glad I gave in! This place has the best chicken I’ve ever had! Wow! And the zaxbys sauce is unreal… I seriously did not think chick file could be beat! I just wish they would build a zaxbys in Salt Lake City

No complaints here. Have been about 5 times and have had good food and svc each time. Tasty seasoning on the fries. The pellet ice is the best.

They jacked my order up once. I ordered 2 salads through the drive through (and other items)…got all the way home and there was no salad dressing. Although I kicked myself for not checking the bag, you would expect that they would not forgot to toss the dressing into the bag! But, it’s fast food… so you can’t expect 5 Star Restaurant service. I had to drive all the way back to Zaxby’s to get it. Not only did the manager give me the dressing, but he gave me two coupons for a free Zaxby’s meal and replaced the entire order (because by then it was cold) for the inconvenience. I am giving this place 5 stars because customer service goes a long way and outweighs everything when it comes to pleasing the customer. Plus, it’s one of our Friday Night family faves.
