PF changs never disappoints. I recently came for lunch, and enjoyed the crab wontons as an appetizer, and the lobster avocado sushi roll for my meal. It was hands down one of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had. I used to be turned off by their sushi because it came surrounded by an obnoxious amount of rice– you couldn’t even fit a piece in your mouth. They have definitely sharpened their sushi rolling skills, and I was impressed. My son had the kids portion of their vegetable lo mein, which came with a side of fruit. It was perfect! Our waiter was attentive and prompt, and I loved that we were able to sit outside since it was such a nice day. I will definitely be back, as always!

This is my second visit. The first time it was mid afternoon and I wanted a snack. I chosed the Saigon Summer Rolls and Tea. Very satisfying and just enough. Service was by a young man, prompt and friendly. Today I went for dinner after a shopping spree. Joanna was my server. Very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Tropical Green tea and Crispy Honey Chicken. After a min or so I decided to have the Salt & Pepper Calamary. Joanna put my order on hold and brought me the appetizer first. The calamary comes in stripes rather than the circles that we are used to. Lightly battered and crunchy on a bed of crispy rice sticks with containers of the mixture of salt & black pepper(so you add to taste) and a vinagrete sauce. Light and delicious. My entreé came hot and crispy as well. The chicken and brown rice a perfect match. I liked the honey sause. Couldn’t stop drinking the tea. Nice atmosphere. Until my next visit…

The sea bass here never disappoints, its flavorful, nice presentation and simply delicious. Everything else on the menu is not all that, more of okay rather than great

One of my favorite places to eat never disappointed always great food here and great service! Came in at 9 on a Saturday only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Sat in a comfy booth which I prefer instead of the hard table and chairs. I highly suggest the lettuce wraps as an appetizer great quality and delicious choice! I ordered the Mongolian beef as my entrée it was delicious as well it is my favorite thing to get here. Each entrée comes with a side of rice usually I get a couple of entrees and share with who I am with. Great service with an attentive waiter. Also tried a blackberry green tea which was delicious glad I tried something new :) great service and great food never disappointed here always one of my favorite special occasion spots. Great menu with a wide variety of choices. Great atmosphere and décor. I suggest making a reservation ahead of time if possible especially around dinner time and on weekends tends to get very busy!

I don’t get what all the fuss over PF Chang’s is about. I’ve been a few times spread out over about 10 years. Every time I think maybe it will be better than the last. Not so much. I came here for a bite to eat by myself and sat at the bar. The drink was very good, if I remember. It was a specialty drink with fresh ginger(always a winner in my book). I ordered Chang’s Spicy Chicken on recommendation from the bartender. For close to $ 16 I expected something a bit above what you might get at your run of the mill Chinese take out joint. What I received was below that expectation. Actually, now that I think of it, I paid extra for mine because I wanted some vegetables(ordinarily the dish comes ONLY with chicken). I felt like the chicken could have been something akin to Tyson fried chicken bits that were simply covered in some kind of aspiring to be gourmet hot-and-sour sauce. It missed the mark. The sauce was lacking in flavor and had the texture of runny Jell-o. To top it off, I almost swallowed a rib bone. Fortunately, I chew my food somewhat thoroughly and caught it. I notified the bartender without making too much of a fuss and the manager on duty came out and apologized. They took it off my bill, which was nice. Needless to say, it might be another few years before I eat here again.

This place has never disappointed-and the one time my order wasnt to my satisfaction, they were quick and happy to fix it. The lettuce wraps are a no-brainer.fresh and filling, without being greasy like a lot of typical appetizers. The beef and broccoli is easily my favorite thing on the menu, and if you’re going for dessert be SURE to get the banana rolls with tropical ice cream.

Ten years ago when they came to Rochester, PF Changs was an amazing experience. From service to quality of food. Ten years forward, something has happen to me lose my excitement about them. I think the slide of their luster follows that of a lot of national chains that want to cut cost. Service is right at the top, but the experience, quality and quantity of food has diminished. I dislike how they come out with this separate dipping sauce for their lettuce wrap, instead the three they would give to mix your own. I know you can ask for it, but you normally forget about asking for it at the time of your order. Their Kung Pao chicken my favorite dish tasted like it was rushed and missing about 20% the size I’m accustomed to. Many of my friends agree that this chain is not what it used to be.

Loved the lettuce wraps. Fantastic, fresh, and the perfect appetizer. The lemon chicken I got for my entrée was good, not great. I love the gluten free options. It’s a cool atmosphere and the service is good most of the time as well.

After leaving the cheese cake factory for being treated rudely my husband and I decided to try PF Changs since we hadn’t been here before either… We walked in gave our name and was told 30 minutes, not a problem. mwe walked the mall and came back. When telling the hostess our name I also asked if she had any booths available. She replied kind of snotty«yeah if you want to wait cause we only have like 10 booths.» So I said nicely«okay a table will be fine thank you.» After coming back from our original 30 minute wait we were handed a pager to wait for an additional who knows how ever long… after about 3 minutes the pager went off. The hostess says oh oops sorry I didn’t mean to page yours, she did this twice. So I finally gave the pager back and said thanks but no thanks, and left.

Every plate was a new and exciting taste. The food was spot on delectable. The prices were fair for the quality of the food, and the waiter was friendly. All of this, and the interior design made eating at P. F Changs truly unique.

This place is AWFUL! I’ve been coming here for years ever since it first opened. The prices have recently sky-rocketed and the portion size has decreased significantly! Why are some dishes around $ 20 but the portion so considerably small?! Our waitress had to be reminded several times for things and then had a bad attitude. Not worth it at all and will probably be one of my last visits here. If the service was good then I could overlook the poor food but in this case they have nothing going for them to draw customers in! Utterly disappointed!

This has to be my first negative PF Chang experience and I have eaten at MANY of them across the northeast. Cold food was cold and the order was mixed up but all of that happens, I understand. But what I can’t excuse is extremely rude service condoned up by uninterested management. I suppose it’s perfectly normal at this location for diners to routinely sit around waiting for cutlery, napkins and the sauces. It perhaps ok for food to be cold and served without the rice(so when the rice does come, the chicken is now cold). It may be acceptable for kids meals to be incorrect(but when the correct meal does eventually come, your charged for BOTH). Its ok probably for food to take 20+ minutes to show up even when it’s not peak time.

This place is crazy busy on the weekends(2 hour wait). So I advise to make reservations. I split a few appetizers which all were very good(lettuce wraps, wontons, and spring rolls). For the lettuce wraps I ask for extra lettuce. Every time I’ve been there the table runs out of lettuce. The service is always just ehh. They have a ton of people working there which makes it overcrowded.

Cancelled my order after waiting — literally 45 minutes by clock — for a simple fried rice order. Their answer«we’re just slammed» Whatever.

This is by far the worst changs I have ever been to! The hostess was lethargic and seemed like her job was torture. We were sat a a dirty table… not awful but it still had some crumbs. We waited for what seemed like forever for our server to appear. When our server finally came by, he smelled like an ashtray! Yuk, it really grossed me out to be served by someone with a heavy stench of smoke, gross! I could go on about the horrible service but that would take way too long. Two of our dishes were disgusting. The food was way too salty and burned in some spots and undercooked in others. The other lady in our party did seem to enjoy her food. I could go on about how awful everything was but this place has already wasted too much of my time and energy! In short, go anywhere but here!

We started off with the pan fried pork dumplings The calamari and the dynamite shrimp The dumplings were nice and crispy on one side and nice and soft on the other. The sauce that comes with it is awesome sweet and tangy. The calamari sadly was a little greasy but still good. Came with salt and pepper over a bed of noodles. The dynamite shrimp are my favorite!!! They were crispy with a nice tolerable heat. Really nice glaze on it, while still crunchy. My Entrée was the crispy honey chicken with white steamed rice The steamed rice is … Not nice and soft, it’s actually got a crispy component to it: as if it was steamed and left out, which doesn’t taste good. The chicken is good, but you cannot eat it without starch or it’s just completely too sweet… So I had to suffer through the bad rice temporarily until I got full Didn’t order dessert as everything else was just alright, it isn’t likely that I will return. The item I ordered was in red which denotes it is a favorite ordered by customers, so I knew if anything that should be made really well, and it wasn’t, so there really is no chance of me stepping foot back in this particular restaurant.

I used to be a HUGE fan of P.F. Changs. I think they may have changed the way they do things in the kitchen, I am not sure. The service the past couple times has seemed to decline as well, I’m not sure if that is just because they were having a bad day, or because the servers tend to get way to overwhelmed with the volume of people there. It’s almost ALWAYS packed no matter what day of the week I travel out. The dumplings without fail always impress me. They are delicious and hot every time and the consistency is perfect. I have found that the Lo Mein, which used to be my favorite dish, has been recently and consistently murdered by what must be a gallon of soy sauce. The past couple times I have gone, I couldn’t finish it, when normally I’d fight tooth and nail for the very last noodle. The sweet and sour chicken is really good. I always enjoy the chicken entrees, it tastes fresh and the veggies are cooked well. Overall, it’s good. The atmosphere is upscale and classy and always seems very very clean. I still enjoy my food, though now it seems to be a ghost of what it used to be.
