DONOTGOHERE. I went to this Chinese take out place simply b/c it’s on my way home. I ordered fried rice w/o onion and a soup for a quick lunch. Guess what, the very first thing I saw when I open my fried rice is ONION and the fried rice has no flavor what so ever. I think someone forgot to put salt or soysauce. And I also found a metal wire thingy in my soup. I mean how screw up can they get for a Chinese take out place? And the most popular food ppl order are rice and soup!!!

The BEST Chinese Takeout I have had in a very very long time! Always a great vegetarian option!

good for price, quality, and ration… Victor’s premier and only Chinese take-out /delivery! Victor residents should be happy to have them around! Yeah, Panda!

If you’ve ever been in an American Chinese restaurant this place will seem pretty familiar. From the paper placemat-menus to the backlit photos of some of the dishes, Panda Rest typifies the genre of inexpensive and inauthentic(but satisfying!) Chinese food. I ordered the moo shu pork and got a large container of pork and vegetables, along with four or five thin pancakes, a carton of rice, and a fortune cookie. For $ 8, this is a crazy amount of food; I got four medium-sized meals out of it, and even if you eat larger meals I don’t think you could put it all away in fewer than three sittings. The pork tasted fine, although it was noticeably more oily than what I’ve gotten at similar restaurants. Overall, a good choice for some guilty-pleasure Chinese food. Delivery may be the easiest way to get your food; there are only two tables inside(seating a total of ten or twelve) and the place doesn’t seem to have its own parking lot.

Did I really get beat by Orochimaru? I was hoping to be the first to review this place, but I guess i will just enjoy being the first loser. This place is definitely decent. We ordered chicken lo mein, chicken curry, dragon and phoenix, and the crab rangoon. All of the dishes were excellent. The curry sauce was done to perfection. I was kind of taken back from the tricycle in the sink. I must admit I was questioning the meat at first… what happened to the kid that was riding that tricycle? However, the meat was definitely chicken :) I would go here again. It is definitely a great place to stop when all the other restaurants are closed and you want something quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive. I would definitely order from here again.
