What a bunch of honest professionals these guys are. I walked into the Victorville location today to get the charging port on my iPhone 6 replaced because I tried as hard as I could to clean the inside and contort my charger, but nothing worked to get it working, so I figured it must be broken. The guy I talked to at the location, instead of instantly performing the $ 50 service decided to give cleaning it, with his better tools a shot. To my shock, it worked and he didn’t charge me a cent. I highly recommend these guys.

I took my Broken I phone 6plus to other locations in High Desert and made several calls they all told me same Bs my phone can’t be repaired it has to be done by Apple only.
Frustrating news so I googled one last place 1 stop fix and low and behold I had the mad scientist look and quote me a price right there same day and actually showed me what was wrong with my phone. They gave me 48 hr repair time I was okay with that… BOOM next day the phone was ready for pick up. Paid and impressed upon there service and great communication of techs awesome Job thank you.

Well a update I returned only to be Truly disappointed with a quote for a repair on my iPhone, I found a small shop to Accommodate my hard earned money at More than half the price of One Stop Fix.

Brought in my iphone 5 with a swollen battery and they had it fixed within 30 minutes… highly recommend. very professional. sprint was trying to charge $ 200 to replace the phone saying that they were scared to open it because they were afraid the screen would crack…1 stop charged $ 30 for the repair… will definately go back for future repairs

I give them 2 stars because it took them week, yes I said WEEKS, to get my iPhone 6 glass. I called an they told me they had my glass, I drove the 40 minutes to the shop, and they promptly told me they did not have it. After arguing with the girl for a few minutes, I left. They were supposed to get a delivery with my glass a few days later. I called, they did not have it. I then told them to give me a call when they got the glass in. Two weeks later I call them and they say they have to glass. The actual fixing of my screen was great. They took an hour and my screen looks great. The beginning of my experience was not good, which is why I give it 2 stars.

I was initially a little concerned to have my iPad repaired here when I read that the shop was located in a gas station. The technician rapidly disabused me of that notion. He was very professional and knowledgable and put my mind at ease. My device was repaired rapidly and expertly. I would highly recommend this shop for any phone or other mobile device repair that you may need.

I gotta tell you, I was a little weary getting my ipad2 fixed at a Chevron, but so glad I did! This place did an excellent job fixing my cracked ipad2 screen. Kevin our repairman did an excellent job. Highly recommend this place. When you get directions, it sends you to Chevron, just walk in, and go to your right, and there it is.
