Messed up my order then told me to prove it! I was a loyal customer ordering on average 5 times a week. I will take my business else where.

Horrible. Long wait. Very mediocre food. Kabob is the best thing on their menu and the place is called, «Italian Garden». What is so Italian about Persian kabob?! The place is not kept well. Dirty. Burgers are all bread. Fries are all grease. Don’t waste your money

I don’t really understand how this place only has 3 stars. Maybe it was sub-​bar in the past? Or the delivery is not so good (judging from previous reviews)? Regardless, it gets a ⁵⁄₅ for me, both for taste and value. I’ve only ever eaten in, but have not been disappointed yet.
I stay away from the actual Italian food (pasta, pizza), but everything I’ve tried has been good to fantastic. Great kabobs, amazing buffalo chicken (salad or wrap), awesome burgers (would recommend the bacon — generous and delicious, but huge!), good sandwiches (steak and cheese, meatball/​sausage parmesan), and delicious fries.
Not the healthiest around, but enormous portions and very delicious. Very good prices as well. This is my go to lunch spot at work when I get the chance.

The sandwiches are delicious and very large portion sizes. The steak and cheese is especially fantastic!
The burgers are too juicy which causes them to easily fall apart while eating.
I usually place an order online and it takes about thirty minutes overall.

I really like Italian gardens. I have come here on a weekly basis for over 4 years and they never disappoint. The menu is huge and have so many options to choose from. The food is prepared quick so it’s perfect for lunch break. The IG Burger is one of the best burgers I have had. In general, they are all about quantity. Come hungry

i like there cheese burger and like the fact that where there location is there open on Saturdays the amount of food for the money is a plus I’ll be going back

If I repeat an order to you over the phone, not once, not twice but THREE times and you STILL deliver the wrong or missing food, you are just simply an idiot who took the order. Not only that, the delivery guy will get mad at you if you do not tip him what he feels you should tip him and will actually argue with you about it. My last time (today) is the last time I am giving these slow, incompetent people!

Delivery was faster than expected, the lamb and beef gyro was awesome + huge portion. I’ll order lunch from here again.

The food I received was great very tasty and delivered in a timely fashion. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because my extra directions to being napkins and utensils was ignored and I had to go searching for a fork to use for my meal.
Other then that everything was great

Delicious, fast, fraindly: these are all words that DONT describe this place. The delivery is so slow, that the food is cold. Or the food is always cold/​soggy. I gave the extra star for convenient, because it is.

I have been eating at this place for the last 7 years by far its the best food specially the burgers .
I have never had any issues with my my order the employees are great.

Oh, IG.
I work in the same building, so for convenience I order food from IG probably once or twice a month. I would more often if it was better.
There are hardly any vegetarian options unless you want a heavy processed pasta, or the Mediterranean wrap, which is just okay.
However, for buying a diet coke or satisfying a french fry craving, this place is awesome. but for actual food… unless you’re a meat-​a-​tarian you probably won’t like it.

Food: Great food with HUGE quantities at a decent price. I will say that the Italian food here actually isn’t that great. I only order the burgers, gyros, etc here because they are very on point.
Service: I work walking distance to the place so I have never had to deal with any delivery or service issues outlined by other patrons below… I will say however that the staff isn’t the friendliest (don’t get me wrong they aren’t rude or anything). It just seems that I don’t see the enthusiasm even though I have been a fairly regular customer for the last month and a half.
Environment: Tiny place under a corporate building so don’t go here expecting it to look like Narnia. It is more efficient than it is pretty so most people just order carry out ahead of time and take it back to the office. There is some seating however and it isn’t a dirty place by any means.

I placed an order for breakfast through Grub Hub from this place and will never order again. The food was decent but the driver was incredibly rude. The delivery time was listed as 9:10 am and when he arrived at 8:45 and had to wait for 15 minutes for me to arrive at my office (the meal was ordered for me by a friend) he proceeded to call me 5 times in a row, yell at me on the phone, wait for me until I arrived after leaving my order on the porch outside my office to get out of his car and scream at me. It was absurd and unlike anything I’ve ever dealt with before. I will never order from here again.
It’s clear that the delivery man must be related to the owner otherwise there is no way this man would be employed.

Would give them a zero star if I could — for several reasons. My office used to order from here ALL THE TIME. Our usual lunch order arrived… WITH A BUG IN IT. A VERY LARGE BUG.
It was some very large winged creature, about the size of a small finger, chilling RIGHT on top of the salad. STAY AWAY.
Prior to that, I was told by them they «didn’t like delivering to my condo complex» because it was «too much of a hassle» to get through the gate and speak to the doorman.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

There may not be anything Italian about this place, but the cold cuts are the best! Perfect amount of meats and seasonings. I stop by this place every time I’m in the area.
Good food, low prices. This is a hidden gem in the Tysons area. If you’re coming off the Greensboro or Spring Hill exit on the new Metro line, I would recommend stopping here for a quick bite.

So I ordered delivery and I am living in Vienna. I got my delivery after an hour and maybe 20 minutes, which was irritating but I was just glad to be eating. The driver left and was polite. Later while I’m eating I get a call from someone from Italian Gardens asking me not to ever order from there again because I live too far away.
I was completely shocked and said «wow great customer service», and before I could even finish my sentence he hung up on me.
I’m not really sure how they plan on having customers if they actively call them and ask to not have their service.

First I want to say they are going to loose a lot of business with my company. We just found this place a couple months ago and we began to order from them a lot.
We cater on the weekends and order lunch during the week.
What made me write this review is because of the driver.
Their driver is RUDE and disrespectful! I have worked in the service industry for 10 years before working at my current job, so I KNOW service.
The driver was quick to get rude with my coworkers when he saw them out a zero on the credit card tip, little did he know they were collecting CASH FOR HIS TIP!
We let it go and gave Italian gardens another chance. The same driver came in with an attitude! My colleagues called the manager and informed him what the driver was doing. Shockingly we manager told us not to order from them. Really?!? Is that how you run your business???
Customer Service is number one!
You can have good food but if the service is bad you will loose your customers. The manager got mad because their OWN driver was being rude to us??? Must be his son, lol.
Fine, you just lost hundreds of dollars just from our one company. I rather give my business to a company who treats their customers good. Your loss!

The only reason why I gave this place one star is because the food is pretty good, breakfast that is. I never have had a great experience, usually mediocre, but today made me think to never order from them again. The guy that delivers the food on a reg, came today as usual and when he was leaving he turned around and flipped us off (not joking!!!). I am so turned off by this that i think no one should give the place business. On top of that, the order was wrong, first time this happened yes, but my point is that when I called the store to complain, they only seemed concerned with the wrong order. He did offer to replace my order or give a credit for the next visit. Only one thing, I will never go back! All because of the driver… he is always rude and took it too another level today!

eriously their Kabobs are where it’s at. I am obsessed with their Chicken Kabob Salad.
Ive tried that salad in so many other places but it was never this good.
Their chicken is so well flavoured. Their dressing is SO good and has the best consistency. Seriously good salad. Ive tried a bunch of their other Kabobs as well, never disappointed. Theyre just a tad bit pricey.
It’s great because they deliver too!
