McDonald’s

Everything positive you come to expect from McDonald’s but when you walk in the door you lose your appetite because it smells like sewer!!! And never changes!!!

Possibly worst McDonald’s in Northern VA.
Mess my order up easily 40% of the time. Because of location I’ve eaten there maybe 20 times in past 10 years, just because of convenience. Literally I have to go to a table, discreetly open my bag and check through every item before I go in order not to offend, but not get burned.
Far better one is the one on Gallows road, just north of Arlington Blvd, which is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in terms of consistency of food.
Also not much in the way of places to sit inside. Only one table that seats 4. Most seat tables seat 2.
The place is constantly surrounded by day laborers sitting outside and coming in and out of there, waiting for work. Staff is superfriendly to some of the day laborers who are friends with them, and always treat them nice, but everybody else they are very unfriendly, no matter how friendly you try to be. Easily half the staff doesn’t speak good English, when I’ve been there.
Don’t know if this place is an older one, that was grandfathered in, but they have no golden arches outside. And there is old McDonald’s memorabilia inside. But the place is gloomy.

Placed my order at 10:11 (on the receipt), and waited for my food. I was the only person in line at the time, and two other customers came in, ordered, and got their food while I was waiting.
Finally, someone says that they’re going to cook «fresh» chicken and that it’s going to be another four minutes. A total of ten minutes after ordering my food without any other customer orders, I get my food and walk out.
Adding insult to injury, the coffee that I ordered evidently comes premixed with sugar and cream or some other crap that I didn’t ask for. I just ordered a coffee. You know, like ordering an orange juice? Why would an orange juice come with anything else in it unless you actually ask for it?
In short, this place sucks. Doesn’t even have a drive thru, that pretty much says it all.
