Ordered a sandwich. Got the wrong sandwich. They realized they gave me the wrong one before I opened it. They gave me the correct sandwich. Now I have to sandwiches. Would get wrong sandwich again ¹⁰⁄₁₀.

Always friendly and fast service. No need to explain in detail — you know what you get at a Chick-​fil-​A restaurant.

This place has gotten consistently worse over the last year. I don’t know what happened but the place is now never clean, the floors are always sticky, tables never cleaned, and dirt everywhere. The service has also gotten worse with a lot more employees that don’t care and spend time talking and goofing off instead of working. The food has gotten pretty bad too. I’ve opened up chicken sandwiches where the meat didn’t take up more than half of the bread. The fries are always over salted and some times burnt. The employees are still nice but they definitely don’t care as much as they used to. Looks like a bunch of high schoolers replaced the slightly older employees that made this place great. There was an older lady that used to work there that was the sweetest you could ever meet, and I haven’t seen her the last few times. The place has gotten so bad that I find myself driving to the princess anne one if I’m craving their food even though I live right across the street from this one.

This is hands down THE WORST CFA I have ever been to in my life. You will wait a minimum 20 minutes to get your food regardless of the time of day. I don’t know if the staff are incompetent, if they don’t have proper equipment, or horrible management. I could understand during the heat of the lunch or dinner rush, but constantly? I’m going to try another CFA off VB Blvd and see if it’s any different. There’s no excuse. The ones in Northern VA where I come from are constantly busy but you are not in line longer than 5 minutes maximum. Perhaps they need to take a page from them.

It gives me no pleasure to update and downgrade my favorite fast food restaurant. I have seen this store over the past half dozen visits or so have issues that warrant it coming down a notch. I will outline the issues, but at the same time keep in mind I will continue to to give them opportunities to work them out and not abandon them either.
The owner/​operator has been the same since previous review. As a matter of fact he was newer in the position at the time I wrote it. The management overall is pretty consistent. Even some of the staff has been consistent. I have noticed a few older staffers that worked the dining room absent for months, this could explains some of the stumbles.
Wait times whether busy, or not are unacceptable. Last night around 7:30 PM has an example. The restaurant was 20% occupied with some drive thru business and one two in front of me in line to eat in. The wait for two sandwiches was almost 15 minutes. This is not just one time, but has been habitual.
Orders coming out not correct has been ongoing. Again last night a sandwich clearly ordered with no pickles comes out with them. This is minor one last night, but it has happen with different degrees. Complete orders have been mixed up in just the past few weeks and month or so. This used to NEVER happen.
Cleanliness of the restaurants has suffered the most inside and outside. One use to never see debris outside the door and in the drive thru lane, but now you do. Consistently trash bins full, trash on the floor in front of them and gooey nasty stuff on the trash can doors and side. Again, not long ago say several months I would say this never occurred. I have not seen a issue with the restrooms.
With regards to staffing I am can only wonder if they have cut back on roaming dining room help. This was a trademark of the chain that set them apart from McDonalds and others. The two older folks a man and woman use to be seen all of the time. Cleaning, helping with kids place mats, delivering food in a pinch. Not to mention the awesome PR for the brand that is delivered by staff on the floor. It is obvious that things have changed and to put a finger on the timeline it was several months ago.
There is good news out of all of this and the reason I can say I will recommend. The staff remains friendly and the food still comes out hot and delicious. As well wait times at the drive thru have been awesome as of recent. visits at off peak times.
It would break my heart to downgrade again and I don’t think it will come to that. I am hoping to upgrade in the near future. Please clean up issues outlined so I can have my favorite Chick Fil-​A back.

The haygood chickfila is awesome. They are always running specials if you follow them on Facebook and having fun/​silly nights that you can take your kids in for. I always enjoy this location.

My first time here and it was not busy at all!!! Early afternoon on a Tuesday, there was no wait in line!!! Awesome!
They had my fav (Asian Salad), the dressing and all the fixings! Awesome! I am keeping one star because I tasted by babe’s chicken sandwich and it was just ok! Not the awesome quality sandwich I know they can deliver. He enjoyed but when you bite someone else’s sandwich it’s supposed to be the best bite ever! It didn’t make me want another bite :(
Nevertheless, I did notice one feature I haven’t seen in another location (Well I usually hit the drive-​thru). They have table markers that you place on your table when you dine in. These are used to locate the guest that is waiting for their order.
I saw a patron carrying one and I thought a sandwich wrap was in it. It was too cute, I wanted one. But it wasn’t for sale! (I love trinkets)!!
All that I witnessed dining in seemed to be enjoying themselves and that’s a great look.
The playground is located on the inside… always a plus!

I’ve never been to this chik fil a before, but it was right by my work so I decided to go. the drive thru line was extremely long and they had people outside taking orders on a little ipad thing. I got my food and started to eat it. I pulled out a fry and it had a little black curly hair on it. I tried calling and it went to their voicemail. I tried calling a little later and it still went back to their voicemail so I left one. The whole voicemail thing is extremely rude I think. They should be trying to answer the phone as it is ringing not at their leisure. Would not go back to this location.

I ordered 20.00 worth of food. When I got home home and opened my salad. My fiancé noticed that there was a strand of hair in my salad. I took the salad back and the manager was apologetic and offered to remake the salad. I didn’t want anything else after that my appetite and lunch was ruined. I asked why the cooks don’t wear hair nets. She stated that they do and I said well why do I have a long straight hair in my food? I got my refund and left.

Food is always great but a damn 25 minute wait for my food was ridiculous. 20 minutes to get to a window and then I was sent to go wait in a parking spot. Unacceptable.

I have had food poisoning from the place 3 times now, so unfortunately I’m done with Chik-​fil-​a even though I could walk to it from my house, I’ll have to pass it up.

You can never go wrong with chick-​fil-​a! I came here for breakfast with my sister, and we were about to order usual chick-​fil-​a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns, but we came across another customers order and got very curious to what it was bc we never seen that.
Chick-​fil-​A serves breakfast platters!!! They do not display them on the the wall menu bc they don’t promote it, unless someone orders at the register.
The Breakfast platter consist of: fluffy scrambled eggs, a buttery biscuit, a choice of meat, and some sausage gravy. Hash browns are separate, so I had to pay extra. Oh man I couldn’t wait to dip my biscuit in that gravy!
Chick-​fil-​A is never a disappointment, and has a well recommended breakfast option to change it up once in a while.

I have eaten at this restaurant more than a dozen times and during my last visit through the drive thru we did not get what we had ordered. The customer service was very slow and lousy. I did not have time to go back that day. I had emailed customer service and I never did hear back from anyone. I did not appreciate it and will not return to that location and have not craved anything about Chick-​fil-​A ever since.

This is my go-​to Chick Fil A, because it is in the middle of two of my office locations. The food here always comes out correctly and hot. Tastes great and had everything I love about Chickfila. It is fast food, but it doesn’t taste like fast food. I grew up in Atlanta, Chickfila was probably one of my first meals lol. I feel bad for this location. They are in such a popular spot, but they are locked in by the shopping center with no room to expand to accommodate their high amount of customers. It takes up a huge chunk of my lunch break sitting in the drive through line that wraps all the way around the building or even if I go inside it takes a long time. The staff here is great though, they are friendly and you can see they are doing everything that they can. I can’t imagine how tired they must be at the end of a shift. This place is just too small to keep up with the demand.

Have to disagree with my friend David on this one. The iPad drive thru thing I’ve also seen used in Suffolk during rush hours (which is a lot at most Chick-​fil-​As). When I went through they was a duo doing it although there was only myself and one other care in the lanes. I am not a fan of this method and not seeing the advantage over the menu board method, particularly those branches with dual lanes. Unless of course it speeds you up by shaming indecisive people into completing their orders
The store staff were very friendly. They smile and confirm your order as well as look like they put effort into enjoying their job. They even bring the order to the table… not bad for a «fast food» venue. MOST importantly, not a one of them was leanig around thumbing on a smart phone. This is the only chain I’ve seen recently that you don’t see that happening as a matter of course.
Food price and quality as always, 5 star.
Sanitation is ok but some things like wiping tables etc could be more frequent particularly in rush time to improve the overall sanitation at this branch.
Still with its minor hicups, this as with all Chick-​Fil-​A stores is a winner

Pulled up at CFA and yes it was still breakfast but I know they will make lunch if you ask. Plus, it was only 10 minutes before lunch was to be served anyway. However, the manager taking orders in the drivethru literally told me there would be a 20 min wait. Thats a lie. I mean, I used to work at cfa for over 7 years and at max anything ciuld inly take 7 – 8 mins. Well basically she was just sour abiut me asking for lunch so she felt the need to give me a hard. Its cool, cause I felt the need to write a review. So customer service wise I def gave them a 2 star. It was kinda bad. Oh and I didnt mention the girl who rang me up was trying to prove her point so hard. I had gave up on trying to understand there long wait time but she kept talkin and tryin to make me look dumb. Didnt like that at all.

This is a great location, the store is always super clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive and the drive-​thru is pretty fast.

I have not eaten at chic-​fil-​a in awhile so I decided I would for lunch the other day at the Haygood location. I went through the drive threw and ordered my nugget meal. Driving half way home I got the reminder of why I don’t order food from here! As I reached into my bag, they had given my the wrong order. This is the third time! I had to turn around and go back.
Check your orders before driving away! These people are too incompetent to read the difference between nuggets and sandwich! Ugh! Never again! I quit going here!

Chicken Biscuits… Chicken samiches… chicken nuggets. Really fresh. really good. Like the cow on the billboards say «Eat more Chicken!»

How can you go wrong with Chick Fil A? They have the best chicken sandwiches but for being fast food they really do have great customer service! There is always someone coming by cleaning up after you and the staff comes around to chat with you. I have even met the owner who came out to make sure everything was ok.
The play place is great! Love to take my boys there for dinner and just let them go until they tire them selves out!
The place is super clean — including the restrooms.
