They were nice and helpful. In my opinion a lot better than a doctors office

This review is only for the minute clinic. Alright — so started off not in the best way, then got better and finished off not too well again. Lots of ups and downs. Keeping results aside.
Got here a few days ago and after signing in and being told it would be a 0 minute wait line (so showed the screen), I waited for over 30 minutes to be seen. No one was ahead of me, mind you, and the doctor was right there. She made up for it though as she was extremely nice and competent with the tests she had to run and so on. Made sure to sterilize everything, space was clean and Doctor office worthy, if that makes any sense. Her explanations were clear and detailed and she was very positive even when explaining possible unwanted results.
Now for today — had to go back to get the results and started off the opposite of the other day. The doctor — a different one — was ready for me before I even signed in, which was great. Walked in and the results were not what was desired — by far. She was graceful about it, but a little unprofessional as she played it off as not knowing and checking and re-​checking and checking again. I guess it was good of her to have certain precautions and be sure before any final diagnosis. It’s hard to not link them to the experience itself, of course, but overall their service itself was okay.
Onto the big guns.

I filled a prescription here while on vacation.
They were so willing to work with my needs and were even kind enough to make sure that the medication I needed (it was not in stock) was ordered and waiting for me when I arrived in the area.
I had no trouble at all.
Very friendly and helpful staff in the pharmacy.
The experience made my vacation a lot easier.

Unilocal doesn’t offering anything less than 1star. CVS in general is the most horrible place to get a prescription filled. I understand the laws in place for prescriptions, but it seems that it only hurts ppl who have legitimate concerns & CVS pharmacy is the worst. it is ALWAYS stressful hassle to get a prescription filled. I was hit by a car on my motorcycle (in the HOV lane) & almost killed. I started pain management 4yrs (recommended by family doc) after the accident & EVERY MONTH it’s the same hassle. The pharmacy treats u like a drug addict & they lie about they’re policies & the law. Find another pharmacy, do not go to CVS.

They must do surgery at their minute clinic. 1 hour later with only one person ahead who went in when i arrived and still waiting just to get a TB test. Get your s*** together, non doctors.

Glad you save me from the necessities on vacation in the oceanfront area. The store is 24 and that’s an assurance where we need to go when we really need something urgent.

I come here all the time and I was excited when they built a CVS here because the locations were few and far between. I have an ExtraCare rewards card which gives great savings. I get coupons every visit, I also get coupons in the mail and via email. The weekly sales are really good also. Spend $ 15 on a specific brand and get $ 5 back to use next visit. Tons of by one get one free and Buy one get one 50% off deals.
This store is always clean and organized. Th staff greet you when you walk in and I have always received excellent customer service here.

24 hr pharmacy, a great service. The store is not the nicest CVS, it was kind of cluttered and could use a good cleaning but when you need a 24 hr pharmacy the other things don’t really matter. The staff is nice and friendly.

Called the pharmacy at 8pm on a Friday because I was out of town for a week and realized I forgot my daily medications. They called my insurance and got me my medication in an hour AND managed to have my always-​has-​to-​be-​ordered medication in stock. No line to pick up (at 10pm on a weekend) and staff was very pleasant. Amazing.

Open 24 hrs and located 1 block from Sentara Virginia Beach General. They have a lot of variety here and it’s really clean. At night it’s brightly lit in the parking lot.

The night time staff is always so nice and friendly… this is why I have them as my pharmacy!!!
