First all, I HATE going into Verizon. There is always a wait and it seems like everyone there is irritated(customers). Now this location? Exceeded my expectations! The first associate to greet me was Wyatt and he was GREAT. He analyzed my plan and let me know what rates would be with my upgrade and different options. Friendly, personable, and knowledgable. I then had Todd R. help me as he previously helped me before. Just like Wyatt, Todd was super knowledgable and gave me options that I really felt he placed himself in my shoes and showed me the difference as it would apply in my own life. Two great associates. I ended up ordering a new phone and leaving feeling great about my purchase. Thanks guys!

Went into get my wife a new phone and was lucky enough to get Todd to help me. He knew everything about phones and more. Has to be the friendliest person to help me ever in a cellphone store, maybe anywhere. If you need help ask for Todd, you won’t be disappointed!

This store had one of the best ranges of phones to choose from! The wait wasn’t bad either. The greeter at door could have been a little more polite instead of turning away from us mid question.

I find this to be one of the better Verizon Wireless stores I’ve visited over the years, especially in regards to the staff being more technically oriented, and able to field more in-depth questions about device capabilities and software. There is a nice mix of sales and technical folks here(of course, I know they’re all sales-oriented — just some not so obviously so), and, after a few visits, you’ll find one or two of the group that you’ll bond with, and be able to have more in-depth conversations with, than most any other wireless store I’ve visited, either Verizon or AT& T. And the Android — iPhone split is almost comical here — virtually all the women are iPhone types, and the guys are all Android fans(although they all speak both Apple and Android fluently). So unlike most of these places, I don’t get too frustrated with a visit here, and usually actually enjoy myself when I stop in.

horrible store. associates are clueless about technology and only care about upselling you. While i was in there 2 other customers where furious with the service and the associates inability to correct or resolve their problem. I brought a phone in for repairs and it was returned to me without the sim cards. the associate tried to tell me she didnt remove them and went on to try and defend her actions by saying she had witnesses… liars always expand on their stories to try and make them believable. All i know is they were in the phone when i entered the store. they took my phone, had it for about 20 minutes and it was returned to me cardless.
