If I could give this place negative stars I would. Seriously, we did not even get pizza from here and the story I am going to share happened during a phone call one Saturday night about a month ago. We were with some friends when suddenly several people in our group had a mad craving for pizza. Since it was about midnight at this time, Domino’s was the only choice. Although we could have ordered online, one of our friends decided to call in our order. Unfortunately, at the time, the person who called was not completely sober. Yes, me being the sober one should have made the call but I definitely was not on board for midnight pizza. So our friend called and the woman who answered the phone could not have been a more miserable and pissy person. Our friend, remembering a commercial that mentioned a smell app, asked about the app. The person on the other end of the phone said in her most uninviting tone«Are you going to order pizza or just play on the damn phone?» At that point my mouth dropped and the others in the group started pouncing. Our friend attempted to order a pizza only to be verbally assaulted by the clerk. To which our friends(and being the sober one, I just sat back and watched this train wreck) started defending our friend telling the person to be polite and not be so rude, and she started yelling at them and then hung up. So my friends were left with no pizza and a desire to call her back(which they did not). I get that it is midnight. I get that you probably hate your job. I get that these people were probably not the only drunk people who called wanting a pizza. BUT learn some dang customer service(I am keeping this very clean). How dare you be so rude! These people were going to order several pizza and for the mass amount of advertising that Domino’s is doing right now, the last thing that you should do is have a horrible, rude, and downright nasty person representing your company. I was tempted to try the«new» Domino’s pizza but that will not be happening after this event. And I have told other people as well. I truly hope that someone talks to the staff about how to treat customers.

I placed an order online today and it is was a very disappointing experience. I had called to place the order over the phone but decided to place the order online as the discount was better online. Placed the order 5:48 pm and got a receipt which stated pizza would be ready 10 – 15 minutes later. Got there busy place long lines and at 6:20 was told by the female employee which has no name tag that there was no Such order there for me. Explained have a receipt and proof my bank had been charged by them for this order that should be ready for pick up. Had to request they looked for the order. Requested to talk to manager female went to get a male employee came acting as the manager. When I asked him if he was the manager. He said no that the manager was busy. I am aggravated by now as how much more clear do you need to be to get«the Manager». It’s like they don’t even speak common sense or can’t follow instructions. Explained to the manager«Ralph» that had placed the order online and upon pick up was being told there was no such order.(Now can someone explain to me why would anyone take time away from their busy schedule and show up at dominos«pretending they placed an order for pizza»). Like really!’ Anyone with common sense would realize that if someone is there is more than likely because they ordered a pizza!!! Anyhow as I am speaking with Ralph the manager they find the order and he instantly made an excuse that this to be an honest mistake. Really!!! Ralph apparently has no integrity to cover up their mistakes instead of correcting the underlying issues they have. I asked if he was going to escalate this as in the future I do NOT ever want to have to waste more time to try to follow up for an order that was placed online only because they have incompetent employees that are quick to say there’s no such order instead of looking for the pizza. I would have rated this a ZERO stars if only I had the option. I am upset at the fact that the manager takes no ownership of their mistakes and insulted me by saying I would get free pizza for this mistake. Per Ralph the manager I am to receive a full refund of my order. Although the intent of addressing the issue was so that the mistake was resolved I am thankful a refund was offered in which I will follow up on this to make sure they follow through with their commitment. Would have preferred that they fixed the issue so I would consider ordering gain. But not sure this will happen.

We ordered from Domino’s for the first time on Tuesday 7÷28÷15. Thought we’d try out there pizza & see how it was. We ordered 3 medium pizzas, 1 order of bbq wings(8) & a 2 liter of Sprite. Used an online coupon/special where each of the food items we ordered were $ 5.99, plus $ 2.99 for the 2 liter. Our order total with tax & «delivery charge» came to $ 32.46. I used my Visa debit card to pay for this & upon delivery, added a $ 2.00 tip, which brought the total to $ 34.46. The pizza was not great at all. Very mediocre, bland, and not at all how it’s being advertised on their commercials talking about how great this“new pizza” of theirs is at all. Figured that we tried it, and just would be unlikely to ever order again. We usually order Me N Eds or Round Table, and we will definitely stick with them. Pizza Hut is better than this & Domino’s isn’t even really that much less expensive. HOWEVER, my real problem came about today, when I happened to be on my bank account online & saw that they overcharged my card by $ 6.00. So instead of correctly charging me for the $ 34.46 as documented on my receipt which I authorized, they charged me $ 40.46. And upon calling the store, I just kept getting transferred from person to person and the managers I spoke to(Patrick & Ralph) were both rude & didn’t seem to care that they screwed up. Gave me the number to a business office to call and no one even answers the phone. Left a voicemail & still haven’t heard back from anyone. I’m really ticked off and would NEVER order from here again! I’ve never had anything like this ever happen from anywhere else & we order delivery pretty regularly. I would definitely NOTRECOMMEND this place to anyone. Food isn’t very good, staff is rude, and they apparently seem to think its ok to steal from customers. It still hasn’t been fixed & I’m truly shocked at how ok they think this is! The manager, Ralph, honestly said to me, «It’s only a $ 3 difference», which made me laugh & get more upset simultaneously! First of all, apparently his math skills are a little rusty, as that would be a $ 6 difference, and secondly, it shouldn’t matter how much they overcharged a customer, any amount makes it wrong!!! And to our family, a $ 6 difference matters!!! In all the people we’ve spoken to thus far, not 1 has even said the word«sorry»! I’m seriously disgusted at how they treat customers, with no obvious regard for the fact that blatantly overcharging a customer is STEALING! So seriously, BUYERBEWAREOFTHISPLACE!!!

Staff is so rude and unprofessional got yelled at by an older white lady because I had supposedly parked in her spot despite it being a public parking and her being behind me. everyone in there looked miserabl. overall, the worst domino place ever that lady should be fired.

Last 3 times we’ve ordered — extremely friendly staff, delivered before the timeframe mentioned, and made me aware of savings/deals to get the most for our money. Pizza is adequate(I’m from Chicago). I keep coming back

The staff is unprofessional and NOT friendly at all. It seem to me that the cashier, a white older lady was really depressed working at Dominos. I went in person to order two medium pizzas and wings. The total came out to be around $ 20. I felt I got rip off for what we got. One pizza was chicken and bacon the other was pepperoni and sausage. I ask the lady if it was find I need to go to some other stores really quick. She didn’t care lol, but she had my cellphone number to call me whenever the order was ready. I never got the call and lost track of time. I arrive and the pizzas were cold, besides the pizzas been cold the chicken and bacon had very little toppings. I will never order from this dominos place. When I was heading to wal mart there’s a lil Caesars by Mary’s vibe yard :)

Saw all the commercials and decided to give them another shot… twice. The first time I had them deliver. 1.25 hours later it arrived(they are located 4 miles away). The pizza was completed wrong, wrong toppings, wrong crust, and ice cold. The second time I thought I would pick it up. Ordered a simple pizza, pepperoni with extra sauce and boneless wings. There was virtually no sauce on the pizza and the wings were not boneless, so I cancelled the wings and took the pizza which was awful, what made it worse, the staff didn’t give a damn about screwing up the order!
