Inferno Woodfired Kitchen

We picked Thursday night to checkout New English Brewing because this was a food truck night and it was pizza. We tried their Margarita, Honey Blue Cheese and Spicy Buffalo Chicken. Prices were higher than I had in mind ($ 13 – 14 including tax) but then again, it’s mobile and they serve you inside the brewery.
Overall service was excellent and the pizzas were delicious. I really liked the thin crust. Honey blue cheese was my favorite. The one negative was the Spicy Buffalo was nearly intolerably spicy (I could not eat two pieces in a row, had to eat another style and guzzle my beer) but then my last piece was not so bad; not sure if the sauce was inadvertently not-​stirred or what. I do like spicy foods but probably wouldn’t order this one again (I know my limits). They do have plenty of other flavors on their menu to try, and frankly I’d probably be happy getting the honey blue cheese over and over again.

Unquestionably the most delicious wood fire pizza I have had to date. Not only are these guys and girls serious pizza lovers, but the service was great and the pie came out with the quickness! This little mobile brick oven is badass if you dig good, hand made pizzas. Had their stuff for the first time at Coronado Brewing Co. and will be returning without a doubt!

We hired Scott to cater an outdoor preschool picnic. We had 120 preschoolers and parents. Scott’s son and his crew delivered a flawless performance. Setup was a breeze and they were cranking out some amazing food. The table they set up was a buffet style and there were always 4 – 5 pizzas for kids (cheese and pepperoni) and adults (bbq chicken, butternut squash etc.). They even did small batches of salad so it didn’t get wilty and yucky sitting out in they sun!
Overall the food and staff were spot on and we would recommend them to everyone!

Pizza was so good! I ordered pepperoni, cheese, tomato sauce, & basil pizza. Pizza was huge and we also ate it for breakfast.

We hired Inferno Woodfired Kitchen for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. Scott and Brandon were awesome! They had an impressive set-​up in the driveway to prep and cook the meal. The neighbors were jealous!
Our daughter-​in-​law has a lot of food allergies/​sensitivities and Scott custom designed several pizzas that worked for her (butternut squash with arugula was a big hit). They served baked brie with homemade bread and bruschetta pizza (like flatbread squares) for appetizers. The main course was several pizzas (both gourmet and standard), a Caesar salad, and a DELICIOUS mixed berry salad with feta, candied nuts and more. Everyone LOVED the meal! Pizza may not sound elegant, but Scott uses such amazing ingredients and is so creative, that it blew everyone away.
I was worried about the timing of dinner since I wanted it to be a sit-​down affair for 35 people, but Scott and Brandon timed it perfectly because they are able to keep several pizzas warm, but still delicious. I wanted dinner to be at 6:00 and everything was ready right at 6:00.
It was a great experience and the uniqueness of having a pizza oven in your driveway would add to any event! The difficult part was wanting to be outside watching the pizza (and the fire) and Scott and Brandon, instead of hosting our party. The oven is spectacular!
I highly recommend sitting down with Scott and designing your event. He will not disappoint!

Inferno pizza is just what a food truck should be! I happened upon these guys last night at a brewery and was totally delighted with what they had to offer. Great pizza made to order and friendly fast service! The topping variety? Awesome! From simple cheese and pepperoni to smoked salmon with goat cheese, and a ton of stuff in between. Plus they go to where beer is. That’s smart.

Wow! I’m so happy I stumbled on these guys. I got the Buffalo chicken special, probably the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Perfectly cooked, the crust was so fresh and crispy and the buffalo sauce and blue cheese was not what you would expect, very complex flavors. I wish I could have tried more pizzas I will definitely be looking for them again. Great stuff guys!

Couldn’t remember the first time we ate here… It was at Societe Brewing Co so we already had a couple brews in us. The latest experience, which we recall, was lackluster to say the least. We got the prosciutto, pear and goat cheese pizza and it was disappointing. The prosciutto was more like ham and in combination with all the ingredients wasn’t really anything to write home about. The overlaying flavor was of flour and burnt pizza dough and the flavors you’d expect seem to disappear entirely. Now that we’ve tried it sober, we won’t be back. Very unfortunate since it’s a father and son (s) establishment and we really wanted to like it.

This is one of the best pizza I have had in a long time. It was so good I ordered another pizza. Get the BBQ and habanero pizza.
