Absolutely the worst apartments I’ve ever lived or seen in my life. The management is ridiculously rude and look like they hate their jobs. I wish there were a 0 star because they deserve nothing at all. Crime rate is outrageous, if anyone says otherwise it’s a lie. Thank god we moved to south Orange County and were able to afford to out of this dump. But also read the filtered reviews

We lived there for two years from 2010 – 2012 in a one bedroom unit and liked it for the most part.
Pros:
No pet rent or deposit for cats
Prompt apartment repair service
Close to freeway and gas/​grocery/​restaurants
Cons:
I’m a neat freak and keep my place super clean but found a cockroach on the ceiling one night!
Thin walls (we lived in a downstairs unit and could always hear our upstairs neighbor move around)
