I purchased a home near this Starbucks location in 2009, I have been coming here almost daily (sometime twice a day) ever since. I typically utilize the drive thru and I have noticed the change in staff over the years.
Everyone is always very friendly, I really like the employee Joe that sometimes works the drive thru I can admit that I am sometimes disappointed when she’s not there because I know my coffee will be good.
Unfortunately, I can honestly say, I have gotten more not so good drinks over the last month or two. It’s really becoming hit or miss location for me.

I came into Starbucks expecting to get a good customer service. Start off they didn’t greet us, and the cashier (white male, with tattoo on right forearm) didn’t seemed too pleased to help us (my husband and I). When we finally ordered they gave me the WRONG drink it was disgusting and my husbands drink was not so pleasant.
I gave it a two stars because their bathrooms were clean

One of the best places in North San Diego County to go and study or work on stuff. They are always open and there is plenty of chairs and tables. Also, the place is pretty roomy. I highly recommend this place for entrepreneurs, business people and students.

I love starbucks! I have come to this one many times and even though the line is always slow I never complain because they always are so nice. Today was the first time I have had rude service! Yes I messed up but I also work in customer service and instead of saying next time be clearer. She could of just been nice and added the pumps.

If you’re in a rush and decide to go here i advice you not to go to their drive through. It’s the most ridiculously slow drive through you’ll ever be in your life. You’d end up spending your whole lunch waiting for them to make your coffee.

This is the worst Starbucks location i have ever been to. How on earth do you mess up a caramel iced coffee twice! The point of a drivethru is to not have to get out of your car but when they royally mess up your order and force you to go inside only for them to mess it up again it defeats the purpose.

Our experience with this location is usually about a C– so when go there our expectations are low to start with but today was it! They took SO LONG in the drive thru that we finally just pulled out of line and left. Really guys?! It’s just coffee…

I’m here every Sunday to get some work done after church. Thought I’d drop a review because 1) this really is a good location 2) I spilled a coffee today and I felt really bad haha xD. The barista who came to mop my mess was polite about it and came out right away. Even though she probably wanted to smack me or tell me to quit being so clumsy, she kept it cool and I appreciated that… So yeah the store has fast and friendly service all the time. And to top it off they have a drive thru with some FaceTime, high tech stuff on it! (I tripped out the first time they used that on me lol). Would definitely recommend this location to anybody in the area.

I have nearly nothing good to say about this Starbucks. I have been coming to this Starbucks for years. A few years ago, it was filled with friendly employees always willing to go the extra mile for customer service.
Over the past year, this Starbucks has just gotten worse and worse. Nearly every time I come in, a snotty employee greets me, acting quite annoyed at everything I say and ask for. A message to the management here — these current employees are not putting out a good vibe for Starbucks (something I usually count on when I walk into a Starbucks location). I will say that on the occasion I speak with a supervisor (which has unfortunately become more and more frequent), they are usually friendly enough. However, I would like to say that there was one new employee (Traci) at this location who really went out of her way to be friendly and accommodating when certain other employees were downright rotten to us.

This location is always busy in the morning for both drive thru and inside, but the team here really gets it done. I have always had a great experience here when I come to this location compared to others. They are personal when they have the time and get things done with a smile. I was just standing in a line with 10 – 12 people ahead of me and I got my drink and food all under 10 minutes and was out the door. Awesome work. Thanks Starbucks Team!

As much as I love love love most of employees here, my review is based off the service time, which is horrifically slow. Most people grab a morning coffee before work; and you’re almost be guaranteed to be late. It is a busy location, so I am as understanding as possible, however, it’s slow as molasses even when they’re not busy.

No stars if I could, waited literally 22 minutes in the drive try… horrible horrible. I work 5 minutes from here spent my entire lunch break trapped in the drive thru … Apparently the barista mixed up orders…

I came here to meet up with a friend for coffee since this particular Starbucks was the middle ground between our two commutes. Overall, it was pretty consistent with other Starbucks. Baristas were friendly, efficient, and fast — perfect for the needs of a drive thru customer! It has a drive thru and sit down options. If you choose to do the latter, there are a lot of tables and chairs for customers.
If anything, this Starbucks is bigger than it actually appears… Which is definitely a good thing when in need of table space. :)

I’m pretty much a regular at Starbucks just not at this one. Mostly because it’s terrible customer service and routinely gets orders wrong. I’m not talking about once in a while, but all the time! Just look at other reviews. So I phoned in an order the night before for a business meeting. The night manger took my order including my name and phone number. The next morning when I arrived to pick my order up, you got it! Wrong! How about not at all. I was told «we were confused». Seriously? About coffee? To go?
There is more than a years worth of bad reviews at this store. They all have the same complaints: wrong orders and slow service.
Hello! District manager? Can you please fix this store. Just a suggestion…

Oh, how many a «small large in a medium cup» we have shared together. But it’s time we had a «talk».
We’ve both grown up and changed, and it may be nothing more than bad timing… but I’ve been thinking I need a little more. Like, for instance– beverages that don’t taste like feet.
And how would I know what feet taste like? I just know, okay. Don’t start on me.
I tried to make it work, opened up and trusted you… and then you took all the money out of my Starbucks app.
I’ve moved on now, to places that actually craft coffee — exactly like you used to. That is– before you became a button-​pushing, smelly-​footed, kleptomaniac she-​devil.
So, if the phone doesn’t ring, it’s probably me.

This is my go to sbux. My usual is a five shot over ice. They do great at putting the right amount of cream when I go in the drive thru. When I ordered a flat white on a stormy day I was presented with a delish coffee and a bonus art piece in the foam I’ll post the pic it was a palm tree lol

I love Starbucks coffee and will stop by any one of them. That said, this location always irks me a little wrong. They mess up my drink more often than other Starbucks and don’t seem accommodating when asked to fix it. I guess I’m used to the chippier baristas.
For some reason, the location doesn’t get stocked as often either. You’ll run out of long straws, or napkins, or sleeves. Basically, if you really need that item, chances are, its low and you have to asked for it to be restocked.

This is probably my least favorite Starbucks location ever.
Every time I’m here it is SO slow!
I was here Friday at 7PM and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. No Bueno.
I would just rather save myself the 20 minutes going to Starbucks in Vista Village and walk in.
