Nc Inspection Center At the Factory

Went in today to get my car inspected. They were going to fail me bc i had tape on my tail light due to an accident in which the insurance company is handling, bc its been hard to get this particular light cover. All i said was oh man your gonna fail me… wrong thing to say. guy was so mad so i said just stop what your doing ill leave. He responded with a nasty tone saying we have to finish. I said no forget it. Ur not going to talk to me like that & he slammed his hands on the computer table. He then tells me he will call the cops for non payment… i said sir i have no problem paying & then he yells get the F outta my shop! Dont go here its ghetto

Always fast! Never a long wait! I was there twice this week with both cars… in and out 15 minutes both times! Super friendly staff!!! This is my go to place!

Came here a couple weeks ago for my annual inspection and I was not disappointed! You drive up, leave your inspection paperwork and keys in the dashboard — and they take care of the rest. The waiting room is small (can seat around 8 – 10 people), with a little TV in the upper left corner and a «snack» bar where you pay your bill (and for any snacks you want). I had the pleasure of watching an episode of Babar while I waited (brought me back to when I was 6). I had a little under 15 minute wait for my «baby» to get inspected.
An inspection is around $ 30 (without any fixes), but it will cost you more (as it will anywhere else) if you have any tinting on your windows. The only tinting job you won’t get charged on is one completed by the manufacturer who sold you your car.
All and all, quick service for a decent price. It was actually my second time there, and it was just as good as the first time. My initial visit only required a light replacement — and the mechanic wasn’t pushy to tack on extraneous charges (like most places). I definitely will be back!
