Terrible! If you need a phone immediately, don’t go here… I went to buy a phone because mine was broken, I wasn’t due for an upgrade so I offered to pay full price… they wouldn’t sell a phone at full price, my only options were lease or ezpay.

The rep who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable about Sprint’s products and services. It was my first time interacting with a non-Sprint store and I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to service me in less time than I anticipated. It was an efficient, pleasant experience and that was quite refreshing. Keep it up!

Walked in on 9⁄22 to inquire about getting a smartphone. Was told if the phone did not work, we could return it with no charges. We returned it a few days later and were told we would not be charged anything. Received a bill for $ 100, called and was told again that we would not have to pay. Received another bill a few weeks later for $ 65, called again and was told we had to pay. After calling numerous times and complaining with the attorney generals office, we finally had the charges waived.

I gotta tell ya… I despise Sprint as a service provider. They have horrible phone customer service and the coverage area where I live is AWFUL! Unfortunately, I feel like I am locked into Sprint until I can hand over my first born. I’ve been with them for years because every time I make some sort of change, I am locked into another 2 year contract. I am soon going to bite the bullet and pay for the early termination fee and go with someone else. Despite all of that, the Sprint Store in Wake Forest seems to be sympathetic to my issues. It really does depend on when you go in as to whether or not you are going to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be helped but I make a habit of going first thing in the morning when I need help(which is a lot) so I am usually seen pretty quickly. The most recent visit made me realize that I need to Unilocal the Wake Forest location because of just how great of service I received. Most recently, I had trouble with the keyboard on my phone typing letters it shouldn’t. This is the second time this has happened. Last time I was in Cary and they told me they replaced my keyboard. This time I was near home in WF so I went to my home location. Patrick, one of the Sprint reps, helped me with the issue, replacing my phone, and when there were issues with transferring my contacts over, he spent all day working on it. This morning when I went back to get my phone, he was as pleasant as pie and told me to call if I ever had any other issues. Even if the problem could not be fixed(which it was) a little bit of manners and great customer service goes a long way.
