I know I can’t judge fast food too harshly: I mean I know the expectation when walking in. This Taco Bell has served as a hub for a majority of my hunger needs, either to or from work. The food has always been acceptable. Morning or afternoon, packed or empty, they are always quick in getting their food out. There is a difference between going in the morning, and going later in the day. The morning staff is not very personable. They hardly ever smile, there greeting sounds very forced, and they automatically assume that you’re taking your food to go. The afternoon crew is much more pleasant. They are always smiling, and they actually act like they are happy to serve you. I know it’s just Taco Bell, but it’s still customer service, and it still needs to be held to some sort of standard.

Wow, so pulling up to this Taco Bell it has an old exterior and 1980’s Taco Bell sign but when you go in it has an art museum vibe! Nice art on the walls and classical music playing! I felt like I was in the movie Demolition Man when the only restaurant they have in the future is Taco Bell and they are all fancy! Lol. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. 5 star Taco Bell!

I’ve had pretty good experiences from this taco bell and it can be good when I’m craving it. However, I had an experience where they ask if I want a dessert and I say yes but they never give it to me. Next time I’ll say no to the suggestion if that means I’ll pay for it and not get it.

Friendly service from the counter. The place is clean and food just as Taco Bell usually is. I’m not a big fan of Taco Bell but when my daughter wants to go this is the one location I like to go to.

I am giving this Taco Bell four stars. I figure that anyone who eats at Taco Bell is not expecting to have the best Mexican food of their life. So my four star rating is rather a rating in comparison to other Taco Bell’s. As far as Taco Bell is concerned this place stands out as one of the better ones. They are clean, the staff is friendly, and surprisingly they have never screwed up one of my orders. I have been coming here for years, and they have my full support. America!

Just a average fast food place except with tacos instead of burgers. The only issue is that the lines are really long after the nearby schools are out.

Taco bell’s are the same, menu wise. usually don’t patronize them enough to judge the service. trying some new items eats: grilled stuffed nacho(1.29) –cheese, peppers in folded flour tortilla –spicy, filling, a winner! chicken buffalo loaded grillers(HH-1) –small tasteless chicken piece, cheese, –small like an egg roll just ok crumbs: –got wrong order, someone’s else’s, returned it so 3.5 stars for the food, 2 for the misservice

My review is dedicated to the tall young guy who was affable and polite to myself, my Dad and everyone else he interacted with on a quiet fourth of July evening. Blake is awesome.

Food tasted fresh and extremely clean. The only downfall was no drive-through so it took a bit longer than it should have but husband says it was by far the cleanest and freshest food at Taco Bell he has had.

Dear Taco Bell, A few weeks ago, I was trying to «live mas» as your campaign said(too lazy to find the special character for A). Anyways I went in and ordered three Locos Tacos. After about thirty minutes I became very sick(no need for the dirty deets) Just wanted to give you a heads up that I reported this to Food Services in Contra Costa County because I’ve gone there twice in the past four months(both being to the Ygnacio Valley Road location in Walnut Creek, CA). Don’t me wrong, both visits were quite scrumptious. I’m just not happy with getting sick at one of America’s biggest fast food chains. Maybe you should get that chef Lorena or whatever her name is and have her world class skills be put to making an entire new menu and have her give you a new ground beef recipe that doesn’t contain an anti-dusting agent(soybean oil). Idk why you guys gave millions of people prepackaged, seasoned ground beef, but I know I wasn’t one of them yesterday. Sorry for the rant. Thought this would be a good way to get a message across about the quality of the food and my experience at one facility. Hope your five-dollar profit from me was worth my countless hours confined to a bed, watching your very misleading commercials on tv. Have a nice day. Respectfully, Jonathon Cole Baird
