So far, so good! I had two teeth extracted and Dr. Pirie took my own blood, spun it in a centrifuge, to make stem cells, from which the cavities in my gums were filled to make bone. A complicated procedure, to be sure, and I’m not even certain I described it correctly. The gums were healed within a week, at which time Dr. Pirie removed the stitches. The procedure was nearly as pain free as one could imagine extracting two very large teeth could be. There was barely any tooth left to pull so I’m guessing it was a difficult procedure for him, nonetheless he did a wonderful job. In six months, after all is well with dental bone and gums, he will put in two implants. Dr. Pirie explained everything thoroughly, put me totally at ease, and we even had a couple of hearty laughs — in a DENTIST’S office — imagine!(He is actually not a dentist but a periodontist and a specialist with this very innovative procedure described above Most oral surgeons use ground cow bone instead of your own stem cells to grow the bone. I would prefer not using ground cow bone in my body.). His staff is also very pleasant, efficient, and courteous. I’ll check back in six months to report on my new implants!

I was refer to this dentist to have surgery done to remove my Frenectomy and he gave me deep cleaning free which he removed some pockets in back of my teeth he explained in very good detailed oriented of my surgery and my results would be. After my surgery was done they gave me ice pack and directions to dos and don’t and they gave a soft toothbrush and said use it for the next two weeks with in a day he calls to see how every thing is going with my surgery. when i came back to check my surgery he also told me my gums were growing and he could perform surgery and i said OK he only did the front of my gum that was explained in good detailed and what my results would be which is correct I look again in the mirror this morning after the healing process was over and i saw what he did he removed some gum tissue that was growing over my teeth which now looks fabulous and know im going back to finish up . After looking at my surgery results i saw he had no gloves on this is the second visit that he’s forgotten to put gloves on when checking in my mouth the first time and the second time he comes back with them on to look again and also when looking in my mouth he gets a little bit rough by pressing against my bottom lip while my mouth was opened that’s what leads to a 3 star i was charge a fare price for everything. The dentists was friendly and welcoming and they take care credit which don’t charge a minimum. customer service at the desk was polite. My third time back another deep clean from the dentist she did good with my cleaning which brought some of my pockets way down and she wasn’t rough in my mouth. I saw the dentist today which thursday 052015 he made me feel good he gave me good news and good feedback about why my gums hurt after cleaning which he said is a good thing. Because who did my cleaning before this appointment gave me a good check up today. Dr pririe is a very nice man and accommodating to his patients he’s concise in what he does I asked all the questions my dentist couldn’t answer and he gave me better accurate answers. And also he has worn his gloves this time. Highly recommended

Dr. Pirie and staff are amazing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pirie goes above an beyond for his patients. He listens and is extremely empathetic. He reviewed everything in detail so I felt comfortable and I fully understood the process. He even called me when he was on vacation to make sure I was okay after the procedure I had. Dr. Pirie understands how to treat his patients. I HIGHLY recommend him and his office.
