15th St Dry Cleaners

I was happy with the service. They were there for 11 years until the building owner terminated their lease so that a 7 – 11 can come in. We don’t need a 7−11 – there is a family-​owned convenience store across the street. We needed a dry cleaner and now we don’t have one.

We have been using them for almost ten years. Never had any problem in fact we still use them even though we have moved into a different neighborhood.

Rude and overpriced. They only changed the price for a simple alteration when I said it was too expensive. So they deliberately tried to way overcharge me. From the décor and amount of clothes in the place, it was dirty, and empty. Would definitely not recommend.

It saddens me to leave poor reviews. I took 2 dresses to be hemmed and cleaned and 2 shirts and 4 pairs of pants to be cleaned on a Monday. The women who helped me recognized my area code as she was from the same city and gave me a discount… okay awesome! In good faith, I prepaid. She let me know the clothes would be ready by Thursday as I needed them for Friday.
When I went Friday morning to collect my belongings, a man was present. He said «Oh we realized your dresses needed to be hemmed after the seamstress left on Wed so did you still want it done?» So you knew you couldn’t complete my request on Wed, I live around the corner AND you have my number yet you waited until I came to tell me. Let me not forget that they didn’t even clean the other items that didn’t need alterations either. When I asked why they didn’t call, the man responded with «Do you want it done or not?» The only thing he could do for me was offer a refund. I won’t be back.

Overpriced, unfriendly, and unreliable. I’ve paid for dirty clothes and incomplete alterations. I have friends who’ve had the opposite experience here (pleasant service and clean clothes), and I don’t know what accounts for the difference. I gave this place many tries with the same result every time.
